Usually I am not too picky about pizza joints, but the quality of food and service from this place is abysmal. Most of the time I dont bother to seat in an eat at Pizza hut, so I can only review the carryout experience. Half the time when you call you are hung up on or can expect to wait on hold for at least 5 minutes. When the phone finally answers you can expect an inpatient and rude sounding person to hurry you when ordering. I dont take long at all but the guy sounds like he is on speed shouting short burst responses. I have come to terms with the fact that most fast food venues have some sort of drug use going on behind the scenes but I dont expect it to carry over to its service. Secondly they tell you its going to be a 45 minutes wait. Sometimes its hit or miss, you can arrive there 45 minutes and find out your order is not even ready or sometimes you pick up the pizza take it home and find that its already cold as if it were ready half an hour ago. When you do arrive to pick up you pizza expect to be greeted by a dim-witted hood rat. If asked a simple question, like "why is my pizza 12.99 it used to be 10.99?," they will just smile and stand there ignoring your question. The rudeness and stupidity I can tolerate if they were able to make a decent pizza, but no, Pizza Hut is not able to satisfy in this department either. When you get home, you open up a pizza box anxious to satiate your hunger with what you hope would be a delicious triangle of heavenly goodness only to be sadly disappointed. The pizza half the time is cold, and when you order a pizza with multiple toppings, expect the pizza to be undercooked. What the F, Pizza hut, do your drug addled employees not know the simple concept of leaving the pizza in the oven longer when more toppings are added? It should go without saying that undercooked meats are a source of many food poisonings nationwide, and the importance of proper cook times is paramount. All in all, I tolerated the food and service at this particular Pizza Hut for far too long, the only people that seem to populate this place are Mexican Tourists who would not know the makings of a good pizza. Your better off eating Digiornos at least then you know your pizza would be cooked right.

The first time me and my boyfriend went it was a great experience thats why we decided to go back....but yesterday night it went all wrong sence we got there first of all we wanted rasberry tea and they had ran out , second no stuff crust pizza..I was kind of disappointed but we were craving pizza so we order something else ......after we finish eating my boyfriend felt a sting it was a weird insect looked like a spider I went ahead and told the girl who served us and Right away she went ahead and told her Manager and the manager response was what got me so freaking mad she said she couldnt do anything that those things happen and if it wasnt in our food she had nothing to do and told us dont worry just dont pay and turned around and walked away I mean I was not asking for free food I had to go to ER cuz he has had allergy reactions before with some insects. I paid 200dls and thank God he had just swilling and a little of burning sensation they gave him benedryl and other meds ...if the manger would have treated us with more courtesy and respect I would off understand that sometimes things like that happened but in my mind when you go to a restaurant or any place u expect things and place to be clean but I guess Im wrong.... The girl who served us was really nice did here best to accommodate us on having a good dinner and I really appreciated I just feel bad I couldnt tip her cuz I was to scared my boyfriend would have a bad reaction so I had to rush..Im sorry but we are never going back....

Rude and inconsiderate staff including manager. On 11/10 at 8:30 p I went for my order and had to look for an employee since non one attended me at the register. After walking around an employee, "Vivian" who stood by one of the tables and was playing on her cell phone said someone would help me shortly. By now i had waited for about 5 mins and asked Vivian why non one would help me. Vivian became rude and insisted the only one that could unlock the register was manger on duty Jessica who had been on the phone since my arrival. Tree times she insisted that Jessica was on the phone and that she was the only one to work the register. She then insulted me saying the manger could not be at two places at the same time. She treated me as if I was a little child. This place or staff lack common sense. Id like to point out there were zero customers eating at the tables and zero waiting in line. Why was the manager the only one to have access to the register and four other employees just standing there? Why didnt the manager tell another employee to take the phone order if she was in fact with a customer? To the owner and district manager Joe Cano, put yourself in my place. So glad Little Ceasers was just around the corner.

We went to the Pizza Hut Bistro on 495 in Mission close to Shary Rd. The food was good, the service was terrible. Our server never asked if we needed anything after bringing the pizza, or offered to re-fill our EMPTY drink glasses. Then during the meal, another employee starts a vacuum cleaner, and cleans the floor around our table. If that was not enough, a third employee, who is filling cheese shakers, reaches across our table, while we are still eating, and takes the cheese shaker!! She did not ask if we were through with it, excuse herself for reaching across the people eating, or even bring it back!! Whoever trains these people, forgot a few important rules about being attentive, courteous, polite, and most of all professional.

I went there on a Sunday morning with a group of friends only to receive the worst service of my life! Orders totally messed up, the waitress argued with me telling me they didnt have olive oil, when they in fact did, and she found it, we even had mozzarella sticks come out cold and hard... definitely not appetizing. Extremely slow! I once called in to order a few pizzas for a party only to find out that the guy working the phone did not even know English! I *MIGHT* order something to go every now and then, but I will never ever go to eat there again.

The times we have been there, the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. In fact, we were completely ignored EACH time... its ridiculous. I even had to get up and ask to be served, but they never sent anyone. This past time, I complained that we hadnt been served, and the server obviously saw I was pregnant and STILL sent no one! I will never go to that place. We came to the one on Bus. 83, near KFC and Whataburger. The service was much better. How funny that other place has so many bad reviews.
