Very Frustrated and disappointed in the service tonight. We ordered online, well into 1 hr or more of NOT receiving our order (and by the way we live one city block behind Pizza Hut) my husband then called to make sure that the order was received. It was confirmed that the order had indeed been received, but that there was only ONE delivery person, and that their orders were 2 1/2 hrs behind. When he asked if it was done he would just come pick it up, he then was told it was NOT EVEN COOKED YET. What the heck? Could you not have called us to tell us? We ordered food because we were hungry, not because we had too much time on our hands. This is ridiculous and RUDE on Pizza Huts part. I think we deserve FREE PIZZA, among the other customers who did not get their order in a timely manner. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I will certainly pass this on throughout the Granbury community.

Placed an order for food delivered to my work. Couldnt leave to pick it up so i had it delivered. Order was placed shortly after 12pm. Recieved text message at 1227pm that order was out for delivery. Driver did not show up until 112pm. Forgot ranch that was purchased and blamed it on another associate. Figured drivers would check it before heading out the door. Driver dropped a hand full of trash outside the door, stared at it then came inside without attempting to pick it up. It was beyond obvious the food had sat inside the heater for a significant period of time. Food was beyond disqusting. This place is very 50/50...

Called in order New Years Eve 12/31/13, as a carry out and had to repeat myself several times because the person must have had a hearing problem. Went up to pick up order after time given that it would be ready only to find out that they never had put the order in when I gave them the name on the order. So went to my trusty Little Caesars and got my pizza there since my service and quality of food has always been tip top. Honestly need to shut Pizza Hut down. I dont know how they stay in business.

If this establishment has improved since 2010, I dont see it. I got the same surly hostess and the same horrible pizza that I had several years ago. Their "supreme" pizza was cold and dry, obviously made hours before I ordered. It was practically inedible Honestly, I dont understand how this place can stay in business.. It wont get any more business from me. My recommendation for pizza in Granbury: eat at Joes!

Manager was rude and downright combative when explaining to our group why he would not fulfill a request for a crustless pizza. They have made it many times at this location for a lady in our group who cannot eat gluten. Apparently not this time! What a pain in the neck it must be having paying customers coming into your establishment. Old buffet pizza I can handle, a snide and insulting manager is inexcusable.

Said would be delivered in 1 hour. Waited over an hour and half. Called them and they said they had knocked and even called, Which isnt true because I was on my living room couch thats 5 feet from our front door and had my phone next to me the whole time. No knock or calls. They said they would have to reorder and i have wait another hour. Worst experience ever. Never again.

I have ordered carry-out and delivery pizza numerous times and it has always been great! So what if I have to wait a little or if it needs to be heated up a little. It is still delicious. As far as eating there, your expectations may be out of whack. Pizza Hut isnt a 5 star restaurant. As far as calling in an order on New Years Eve, are you kidding me?

I ordered a cheesy bites pizza yesterday the 17 it was fantastic but our wings when we got them had barely any sauce on it..i called to complain the lady said to send the ones back with her i did and the new ones i didnt even eat one..the sauce was like water..worst part is i know what its supposed to look like i work at a pizzahut

Staff was very friendly, food was delicious. Sneeze guard on the buffet was a bit dirty, but we did come in at 1pm. Bathrooms were clean as well. I felt skeptical because of previous reviews but it seems they have turned around sine 10. Please give this place another chance because I thought it was pretty good. :D

Went for a quick lunch at the buffet. Didnt see any prices posted for the buffet (or much in the way of prices, period). The buffet itself was rather basic. CiCis pizza on 377 has a much better value for the same money; this one is good for the quick in-and-out when you dont want to deal with traffic on 377.

This was horrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our pizza and sandwich to come out to the table and when we asked we were told let me check. Then another 5 minutes and we just had to cancel the order. The staff does not service the inside customers at all. We will not go back!!

Ive ordered from this place several times and the service and staff are always friendly. The food, although its just pizza, has always been very good and exactly how I ordered it. I do not order from anywhere else in Granbury!

Worst experience ever. Dirty didnt even attempt to wipe down salad bar. Empty containers on salad bar, frozen eggs on salad bar will never visit again it was disgusting. Eating an mre in the field was cleaner.

Its not big, but they are the only pizza buffet in granbury. Call in your favorts before you get there and ask them to hold half for you, it will be ready when you get there, even if your eating buffet!

I get carry out usually and the pizza is always hot and delicious. My wait time is 20 minutes.By the time I get there its always ready.Ive been going to this one for years☺

Dined inside twice booth time the service was very poor. Pizza was warm had to get them to reheat the pizza. Mangement doesnt seem to care.
