Pesimo servicio me quede esperando una hora y media y nunca llego la pizza a domiclio, hablo y solo me dijieron que si estaba la orden pero se les quedo la pizza enel horno y se les olvido sacarlo... eso es tdo lo quee dijieron.. a ok gracias bye esto me paso hace ratito

This is the second time in 3 weeks that I order a pizza from that store and get a different pizza then what I ordered. It seems to me that either the person on the phone cant take an order correctly or that it gets screwed up in the kitchen. Its no wonder their rating is so low and falling. Somebody needs to kick some ass in that store and do some training or the doors will close permanently. I specifically didnt not want italian sausage, hard on my stomach, and I hate black olives but sure enough thats what I got. I guess I will order somewhere else from now on.

I have never had a bad experience with Pizza Hut but we mostly order for delivery. However I have lived in other places and have traveled about a bit . Many people here are not kind to servers and some are rude lacking basic manners ie Please and thank you. As for tipping even the most competent and attentive server get the same tip little or none! Give them a break many are students or young parents just trying to fed their own families!

I went inside waiting and no one came to seat us. We went to sit down n still no one came until I had to get up and ask for the menues. I asked an employee n she did not say anything at all she didnt even apologize. The server took his time and when I ordered he didnt even greet us. I did not feel welcomed. He never came back to check if we needed anything didnt even give us the tab.

Ordered a veggie pizza for carryout and it was the worst pizza Ive ever had! It seemed like they had cooked a frozen pizza and sprinkled some old veggies on it. It was absolutely disgusting! I will not be visiting this pizza hut again. There are way better pizza huts around the area, so dont bother going to this one!

Last time we ate here the order took forever. We decided to come back tonight and when we walked in they told us to sit wherever we wanted. We walked through and every single empty table was completely dirty. We just left and went to the one on 23rd. Never a bad experience there

Charged me 30 dollars for a large pizza and wings.. The guy didint explain to me what was the rest of the charges for , no receipt.. Charged for ranches and deliver... Smh they should have told me so I wouldnt have gaven the guy a tip..

Really! Its cost me ten dollars for a sandwich with 1 slice of verrry thinly cut ham, cheese almost as small, stale bread. The best part of the meal was the potatoes! Worse Pizza Hut I have seen in 20 years.

The food was okay and the server was accommodating. You could tell it was a long night for him, so there were a few errors. But, overall the experience was good. The restaurant was quiet which was great.
