On Sunday my family placed an order via internet at 6:40pm that was scheduled to arrive 1 hour later. About 8pm we started calling. We got answers from "your pizza just left", "your pizza left 15 minutes ago, it will be there soon", to "I have no idea where your pizza or the driver is". We were told we would not be charged even if the pizza did eventually show up. It showed up after 9pm cold and smashed. To make matters worse, We were indeed charged! I have called, I get no return phone calls. I have emailed, I am ignored here as well. It is clear Pizza Hut could care less about its customers and their service since I have been charged for a pizza I had to toss in the garbage. Nobody has tried to make this right. My family and I were frequent customers. I will never eat at another Pizza Hut again!

Former employee here like the previous review. Left because I was appalled at whats happening here. Id strongly suggest not ordering here. This store cant keep up with the demand for the area, and it shows. Its so bad its a health concern at this point. Dishes are kept in a disgustuing trash can until theyre ran through a machine that doesnt wash them correctly, and a large majority of them are put back on the shelf dirty. Reported this restaurant for health concerns. Stay away.

Worst ever!!!! Pizza not done. Crust is dough, not crust. Cold in center. Called store to let them know that pizza not done. Thinking maybe, just maybe, they would care. Maybe the oven not working correctly or maybe pizzas are being under cooked? No, they didnt care at all. I dont need a free pizza, I need a good pizza when I pay $18.

The actual store was hard to find when I did the 10.00 carryout deal. However they stayed on the line until I got unlost and didnt mess up the special order requests like my hometown store does. Quality was exactly what you would expect from a major pizza chain....not gourmet but budget friendly and good quality overall

Dont work here, if you respect yourself, work somewhere with employees that care about there jobs and dont sit on their asses vaping for their whole shift while they have you do the grunt work.

I placed my order on April 27 at 2:25 PM and the confirmation email stated that the expected delivery time was April 27, 2:55 PM. I received my order at 3:45 PM. It was cold and gross.
