Well to start off, Im a father of two very picky kids when it comes to food. With that in mind... That is why its taken my family and I, so long to even try this local Resturant. An well now I kicking myself in head for doing so. I can not believe It took so long to try the food from here. OmGosh! Okay so not only did my wife like the food, but my kids LOVE the food. Its really hard to get them to eat anything. But when I sat them down, and put the plate of "Boneless Limonpepper wings", with a side of "Seasoned Fries"... We didnt hear a peep from them! Did I forget to mention it was only a 5 pc. but looked like a 10 pc jumbo. Lol! You get a BIG bang for your buck. My wife and I had the " 10 pc Traditional (bone-in) Limonpepper wings, with a side of Beacon Cheeder Cheese Fries" and it was a rap! We fell in love with WingIT! Im glad that in times like this, when you work hard for your money, you can enjoy a GREAT meal as such. Without breaking the bank... Again, thank you WingIT Staff, and Management, for having a clean and awesome place to take my family to. For always giving Great customer service, with Great food, at such a Great price. I will definitely recommend you to all the people I know!!! May God bless your businesses, with many many years to come! This has been fun! I really hope people get to try this wonderful place! Love the food!! But i order delivery when store opens. I avreage at least three times a week. Or i try to. The delivery time shows when stire opens. But even today its like THE sixed time this month i call before 1130a.m and they say no driver till one or two p.m. i ask if the delivery time differ from store open. They say no, just no driver till then. They say it like its o.k. and never apologize for it!!! Ever!! I end up spending my money elsewhere every time this happens. The manager of this store needs to not only re train customer service but fixed there sqedule to a driver is always ready or change delivery times to afternoon after two whem driver comes in. Nothing is beeing done cause this happens multiple times threw week every week. Never in life have i called a place of delivery and they refuse your order becuse no driver. But still promote delivery at theese times. My order always $30 and i always leave a ten for tip.. but i think im gonna just stay ordering elsewhere. Once mabey twice is ok. But frequently for months is defiantly not!!! They allways seam too happy to not take money. Get it together then i will re put five stars. If i had a business i would want to max the money it made!!! I would of caught this the first week. Think about that for a sec... Smh

We ordered our food by 8:30 PM, well before their online order cutoff/store close time of 9pm. Our order went through, but later on at 9:30 PM they cancelled it because it was too close to closing time. Their cutoff for online orders should be 8 PM then. Im sure the food is good, and if they implement a change to their online ordering platform, I might have a chance at tasting it next time. (:

I ordered my food as i left work and i really didnt have to wait long at all for my order. I ordered the 20pc with pineapple mango,spicy bbq and Cajun ranch and for my first time ill definitely be back AND they have deliver a major plus for when i dont want to cook dinmer or drive for it lol. The togo portions of ranch was skimpy though

made an order online. they accepted the order and gave me an estimated time of delivery. when the food did not arrive at the expected time i called. i was informed that the food was never received even though they provided me with an estimated arrival time. was very short and abrupt with me. urged for me to cancel my order.

We ordered food from this restaurant like weekly when it first opened in Kirby. Food use to be great. The last two orders wasnt as good. Chicken seems overcooked and wasnt completely sauced and wait time was ridiculous even after calling my order in. So over it. I rather spend my money elsewhere.

Good flavor, questionable service, slightly overpriced. Ordered two 20 count combos they did not include the fries, I had to return to the restaurant to pick them up. Kids chicken strips were overcooked. Could have been 4 stars had they included all the food I purchased the first time.

My first time trying Wing it and the food was great but expect to wait a whole hour to receive your order. Need to work on their customer service skills because some of their employees were talking about other customers in front of customers.That is Unprofessional.

Food was really good! Loved the flavor of the seasoned fries. The gentleman that brought our food out to us let me have a sample of their spicy lemon pepper wings. The BEST lemon pepper I have ever had! That spicy kick is amazing! Thank you for the great food!

This place is fabulous. In my opinion the wings have more flavor here than at the other popular wing joints. Customer service is fantastic as well. Tried this place for the first time 4 days ago and Im already back. Try it, youll see what I mean.

Ordered a twenty piece shortly before eight. two hours later called the store to inquire about the status of my ordered and was told that it was on the way. Another hour later called again and they were closed. Extremely disappointed.

Pricy, but worth it. The only thing I would change is the cooking process it takes to long. But besides that the customer service is great. The food is amazing. And the "house" looks fantastic.

If you love tiny wings go somewhere else, Ever since I tried wing it, wing stop doesnt taste the same anymore. Wing it always delivers on time and their food is amazing!

I LOVE WING IT. BEST VEGAN WINGS IN SA. ONLY PLACE IK OF WITH VEGAN WINGS. SWEET POTATO AND HOME STYLE FRIES 12/10 WOULD RECCOMEND. LOVE WING IT.
