Ive been a fairly regular customer of this location and Ive always had a good experience, whether if its with a large group during a Spurs game or a random Tuesday dinner at the bar. The wait staff is attentive and friendly, but on this particular occasion, Alex B moved me to write a review. She was constantly checking on our table, was knowledgeable about the menu, and even recommended a couple of things Id never tried. I came for customer appreciation day and had the cheeseburger special they had, along with a few "Dirty Blondes", their house-brewed version of Blue Moon. The burger is consistently on point, which is hard to find in a chain restaurant. I also had the chips, queso, and guacamole, which is always fresh. Overall, this place consistently delivers. Its a bit of a pain to find close parking on busy nights, but the area is well-lit and Ive never felt unsafe. With all the tvs in this place, this is a good spot to catch a game, drink some beers, and enjoy a good meal.

On sept. 11 myself, my father, my wife & two kids went. We noticed there was a waiting list. We reserved a table for 5. We were told that there was a 30 to 45 minute wait so we waited. Plus also told there was 5 parties ahead of us. 45 mins went by and in that time frame all 5 of those parties sat down. & another 45 mins went by asked again. The same crap again of 5 people being ahead of us. We notcied there was 3 tables cleaned and ready to be seated with customers. My wife went up to the ladies and asked how much longer and they still said 5 more people ahead of you. Are you serious??? Was it because of my kids?? Thats discrimanating to me. They sat down smaller groups every time but us. I have never had this problem everytime we have gone to twin peaks. we enjoy the food and never had any issue til now.

I am not usually very kind to chains, but Twin Peaks is alright. Among chain options the microbrews are decent and the food is good. The wings are respectable size and the ghost pepper sauce, while not crazy hot does have enough pleasant heat and a good flavor. The Philly Cheese Steak and the Meatloaf are good dinner choices at a reasonable price. The Philly is tastey and the Meatloaf is good with the mac n cheese. Also the nachos and queso is a great pick and I rarely like such an option. It still has the boring sports bar chain feel and the girls are the same as at other similar breastraunts. So come for a beer and enjoy the food as it is reasonable. I rank it as one of the better chain choices out there for food and beer.

I really enjoy this place even considering my preference to the same sex. I have only been during lunch hours but the beer is still nice and cold and at a very good price. YES, the ladies dress with a very revealing flair but they seem happy and one can tell they are fine with it, they wouldnt work there otherwise right? I like going with my straight buddies because its funny to watch them interact with the ladies. I have only been to this location so please only go by this review if you are visiting this location; the management staff does a good job here and its obvious by staff and environment!

Food is good, service was just average. I loved going to the Twin Peaks while I lived in Vegas, this one is not as good. Not bad, but not great. Came back in today for lunch and things were great this time, Penelope was quick and as attentive as you can get in here when you are here alone. . Today was my fifth and last visit here. Food is good, but waiting nearly 20 minutes to even get greeted in a not extremely busy restaurant is not good. Would have dropped my review to a 1, but the other visits were better. Maybe you will have better luck then me.

I like this place because it has the capacity to seat many large groups (either inside or out). We have always been seated quickly... and they will start seating you even if the entire group is not complete. I like this policy because we can get started without waiting for Mr Last Guy. Just keep in mind that this place gets really packed on football Sunday and there will be less seating. Beer is ice cold. Wait staff is fast. Food is pretty good. (p.s. take your military ID for a discount)

Ive been to twin peaks 4 times Ive tried 6 different food items on the menu. The food is horrible, Ive had better food on airlines. The waitresses are beautiful, but their looks are drastically diminished due to poor service. No one should have to wait 30 minutes for a beer. Also this whole gimmick serving extremely cold beer is a crime against beer. Any beer lover will tell you that you should not server beer that cold and never in a frozen mug.

Worst experience at a twin peaks they have one good waitress an see she works during the day been there a few times to have good time epic fail can even get a waitress and when u do it takes 20 minutes just to get a water let alone a beer or ur appetizer you all need to have Kendell train the night shift how to keep a costumer was there at lunch excellent and well taking care went back for dinner and walked after waiting 25 minutes for our drinks

Food was great but the girls apparel no longer looks professional. Instead of the girls looking like limber jacks (with the knee high stripped socks, tan shorts & so on) but theyre dressed to show as much ass as possible. Cut off shorts (fringed) so short that there is nothing & I mean nothing left to the imagination with cowboy boots. I get it were in Texas, but I liked and prefer the original uniforms being lumber jacks.

I think this bar is out of control too bad to see this restaurant /bar not work how its ment to.. I talked to the manager Heather and she has no idea what she is doing..... Not military friendly especially if you cant stand for a long time.... If making excuses is a job they have it down. Fill bad for the waiters that dont have a leader.... The all look like chicken in the sense that they all look lost....

So I am never one to complain but it seems like its getting worse and worse every time I go here. I love the food it is top notch but I have to say that I enjoy being greeted when I sit at the bar a simple hello but nothing if i wanted to be ignored i would stay home and then I actually had to ask twice for a beer. And then our chip and queso( best in town) never showed until we were walking out the door.

Waitress ignored me completely and failed to tell me that they were out of what I ordered. She told me as she was bringing everyone elses meal and wanted me to order something else. Sorry I didnt want everyone else to wait for me to finish eating because it takes 40 minutes to bring out a meal. She seemed to be under the influence of Something. Worse experience ever.
