After a long day at work, me and my women head over to Texas Roadhouse at about 315 pm. We wait a while (which is no problem at all) and finally get seated at about 3:45pm. Waiter comes around at 3:50 or so and I ask for the EARLY DINE special plates for 2. He brings our food, we eat, we are now ready for the check. Sure enough, both meals are regular dinner price and not the early dine price. I politely ask the waiter to correct the issue since we were in the building well before 4 and ordered at about 350pm. He walks around clueless for about 10 minutes and finally comes back with the managers response Waiter- "uhh my manager said its past 4 so we cant do that".." Me- "I understand its past 4pm, but we placed our orders before 4pm" Waiter- "uhh um let me go get my manager" Waiter- *Walks around clueless for another 10 minutes" Me- *Waves down waiter* Waiter- *Drops off cash and change and walks away without saying a word" Texas Roadhouse has lost a customer for life.

My husband and I recently had a disgusting experience at the Cinema Ridge location. Normally we love Texas Roadhouse and we think they have great service, but we went into the restaurant for dinner last night and they sat us at a corner booth. We soon noticed large black crickets, both living and dead, on the floor and on the wall near my husbands head. We tried to ignore them and our steaks came, but halfway through our meal they started chirping loudly and crawling on top of each other as if mating. We asked for boxes and the manager came up and said they were having an infestation problem. We were shocked that they still sat guests there. He said he was going to take care of our bill, but only discounted half. He then proceeded to crush the crickets in a napkin in front of us and other guests. It was disgusting and so unprofessional! We havent given up on Texas Roadhouse, but we will NEVER go to the Cinema Ridge location again.

Our penultimate evening here in San Antonio, we chose Texas Roadhouse for late lunch and experienced an excellent dining venture. Aside from the excellent meals prepared promptly and deliciously, our service was without a doubt the best service weve been given in recent memory, both here in San Antonio during this weeks vacation and back in El Paso, with respect. After our gracious hostess seated us, we were in the incredibly capable hands of Danielle. Though we sat surrounded by a three-table birthday party family, Danielle didnt miss a bit concerning our satisfaction - a glass wasnt permitted to remain empty, and neither a dish neglected nor a request not met with great enthusiasm and cheer. Luckily, when a manager came by to inquire on our experience, we were able to reciprocate our enthusiasm and cheer. Topping off our meal with a tasty strawberry margarita, we count todays visit as one of our best here in San Antonio. Thanks!

We had a decent meal, nothing was bad, just not up to par. The waitress, Ana, was wonderful, UNTIL it was time to pay. We were sat next to two of the registers, and yet, for some reason, she decided to take our debit card into the kitchen, come out, and use a register away from us. WHY would ANY wait staff walk off with a customers card, EVER? So, we decided to ask her why she did it, and she answered with attitude. Said she was just doing her job. Needless to say she didnt get a tip. As we were walking out to leave, she was standing by the hostess booth, she saw us, rolled her eyes, and walked out the door. So, we decided to talk to the hostess, Lin, about it, who was very sweet, and very helpful. She knew the waitress shouldnt have done that, and gave us the owners number so we could get in contact with him. I have NEVER been to ANY restaurant where the staff will take your card out of sight, they all know better!

When I went to hear it took a while for him to get us a table took even longer to get our food and then when I go out to the parking lot to go home so when I broke it into my car and the one next to me. Glass was shattered everywhere. As it turns out of course they had no cameras in the parking lot, and it was broken into in broad daylight. No witnesses. The police had told me that theyve had a lot of break-ins in the past several months. So I guess if you want to eat here, do it at your own risk. But I thought I should warn the public that theres a potential your car could be broken into and whatever is stolen out of the car, youll probably never see again. When I talk to Logans management about cameras in the parking lot they said theyre working on upgrading their systems but they cannot give me a date as to when cameras would be installed.

By far the best experience at any steak house. Fairly priced steaks. Our server Danielle was awesome and attentive. Thank you!! Wish I could say the same about 281 Location. Went last week and we got there at 8:30, didnt have anyone greet our table till 9, and server was lousy, maybe because it was close to closing and everyone was cleaning, but even at that had to send my steak back 3 times due to being undercooked. And a manager never came out like they do at other locations. Even my buddys pork chop was undercooked!!! And the third time they brought it out, we could tell it was put in microwave it was extremely dry and the plate was hot to the touch. Never again, but thank you ingram for the great customer service.

Ate on a sunday with at around 7pm. Very busy but got a table for 2 within 20 mins. It stays busy at night regardless of the day Ordered: Appetizern, chili cheese fries: good, not great. Extremely filling, I wouldnt order again unless I had 4+ people. 2 starving people barely made a dent 1st Roadkill welldone (hamburger meat with onions and mushrooms) with macaroni and cheese (beware its $.99 extra and it is literally kraft, tastes no different), and mashed potatoes, they were good. 2nd Portobello mushroom chicken (brown gravy with mushrooms), with Caesar salad, and green beans. The server was great and the food came quick.

Oh my, the rolls are to die for. This is the first time I have ever been to Texas Roadhouse. I pass by them all of the time but my husband and I decided to just give them a try last night and I was floored by the taste and quality of the food. Sirloin Steak - Amazing, Grilled Shrimp - Amazing, Ribs - Amazing, Rolls - To Die For! This is one of the best restaurants I have dined at in a long time. The only thing we had to return was the Caesar Salad...not a true Caesar Salad, missing the Caesar/Anchovy flavor altogether, so skip it, but everything else was PERFECT! Oh, and you must try their Steak Sauce, much better than A-1.

Every time we come in I order my steaks rare because the cooking is always inconsistent. Today I ordered it rare but got medium! Not medium rare but medium. I have learned if I ask for it rare I will get it medium rare which is what I truest like....but today sucked! And my husbands potatoe had a smoker taste to it which it never had. I think we are taking this off our list of places....I did not send it back this time, instead I asked for 57 sauce figuring that would cover it, but then when I got a little more than 1/2 way through it was completely cooked through like a well done....Mad about it!
