Wow this place really pulls out all the stops when they are slammed and super busy with customers. I saw my server handling 5 tables alone and he still managed to get my drinks out within 5 minutes. These guys are short staffed, underpaid, overworked, treated poorly and have to listen to spoiled brat customers complain about how their pizza is "warm" and not "fresh out of the oven hot" because of the 25 second walk from the kitchen to the table. servers are like real life super heros, maybe instead of pointing the finger at every little imaginary precieved slight you could point that finger at yourself and take the opportunity for some personal growth. So the server took an extra 3 minutes to prepair your drink, is that inconsequential inconvience enough of a problem to justify adding your 2 cents to their dump truck load of stress?- (And for what? What do you gain? When you complain AFTER you got your drink, you are effectively attacking an individual who spent the last 7 hours flawlessly and sincerely faking respect and humbly SERVING hundreds of entitled complainers just like you. And the best part? This mistreated servant is virtually entirely dependent on YOU to pay for the degrading services that they have already rendered with only an unspoken "good faith" promise that you, the customer will pay fairly for the aforementioned services.) -Maybe the problem is that YOU have poor patience and you expect everything to be instant and on your timline because you are a spoiled self-important narcisist. Maybe instead of childishly lashing out at an honest, hard-working local business (on the INTERNET like a cave troll (because even YOU know deep down that all your melodramatic complaining about the smallest most trivial inconveniences makes you a huge douche who reasonable, mature adults avoid like a plague)) you could try complimenting them on what they did RIGHT and paying them a fair and honest tip. But what do I know? Its pretty obvious your cry baby complaining and criticizing isnt for the business or even prospective customers, but to make you forget for just a second how much of a spoiled, waste of space, disappointment you are. Also Food was good not great 9/10 would recommend to a friend!

Food was good. Ordered spaghetti for myself, and an 18" pepperoni for the rest of my family. Waiter brought the pizza with no plates. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for plates, and I asked how long for my spaghetti. Hed forgotten Id ordered it. So after 10 more minutes I got my spaghetti, which was a really small portion for $12.00 a plate, the Northstar mall gives you more in the bowl for less. About 20 more minutes into the meal, I ordered a pizza to go, from a different waitress. our cups were empty, our food was gone, and the waiter had completely avoided our table. He rarely left the kitchen area. It was another 15 minutes When he finally came over to us, abd asked if i wanted a to go pizza, i said i did, but if it wasnt ready i didnt want it. Wed already been there to long, and i wasnt willing to wait another 30 minutes for it. We were planning on a to go pizza and some desserts, but by the time we finally got his attention we were frustrated and just wanted to pay and leave. The food was ok. The spaghetti was over priced for the portion, and the bread that is suposed to come with it never came. The pizza was good, though a little underdone. All in all, if you want lucianos, go to the food court at northstar. Much better value.

Food was just ok subpar for the price. Management needs to be fired. Order was wrong and we were treated like it was our fault. The waiter was great. He did all he could. Our order was submitted correctly but had to be remade and no compensation or even apology was offered. When we asked for something for our having to wait soooooo long, the so called manager (his name is Shannon) looked at us like we were insane to ask for anything at all. I asked him for something for our inconvenience and he rolled his eyes looked smug and said he would see what he could do. He then returned to the bar and to chatting up some blond. Obviously not caring that his restaurant is dirty and his staff is running amuck making orders incorrectly. Very very ashamed that my Italian heritage is represented in this manner. We loved coming here even back when it was just a piece of a food court. We cannot return with any confidence whatsoever. Romanos will get all of our business from now on. Sad sad thing when management could care less about the ones paying their wages. All too common these days but that guy is one for the books.

The restaurant cannot function smoothly when busy. We waited awhile for our server to take our drink order...then waited about 5 minutes to get the "water" order. I ordered the Margherita PIzza. Disappointing. The pizza had 4 soggy basil leaves on it. My family also orderd a few slices of pizza, which came out just barely warm- we had to send a slice back. Oh, and all three of my family members received their slices of pizza about 5 minutes before I received the pie. So we just took turns watching each other eat. Pass on this place- especially when busy.

There seemed to be a real lack of any management. The entire staff seemed to be high school kids, which wouldnt be a problem if rules were followed. Several of the females had their hair down with not hair nets, several people were eating food and then handling customer food without washing their hands. They were eating behind the counter were food is prepped. I give two stars because our server Reagan did an awesome job and was the lone bright spot of the visit.

“Pizza how it should be..” Really nice pizza, la vera pizza Italiana! The Chef Ciro was lovely and made use feel very welcome he treat me like a family. The pizza , Parmiggiana and pasta were amazing! Pizza was how it should be, wood fired, crispy base, semolina dusted, minimized topping, good sauce and cheese!!! We followed it up with tiramisu which again was excellent. Our compliment to the Chef and the staff! Francesca and Juan

I had a meat calzone. It was pretty good. The bread was soft and tasty it came with their own specialty marinera sauce. I also had a nutella affogato dessert. I loved it! If youre into coffe or expresso this might be a good dessert for you. My overall experience was great. Our waiter was very attending, nice and funny.

We came in here before an evening class nearby. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and got out order right. The Greek salad is delish. Lots of wine choices to choose from. Weve had several wines and they are all smooth and good. Pizza is ok but ambience makes up for that. Great for adults and families.

The pizza and hot wings would have been better if we bought them frozen at heb and reheated them at home. The only redeeming quality of that place was the one waiter that helped us. Everyone else looked smug and acted like they didnt need repeat customers.
