5/23/16 They overcharged me by mistake (I believe Please check your receit before you leave)However, It was OK overcharging by mistake. We make mistake. However, they put me aside to wait until they serve every customer. I was not a customer anymore by that time. overcharged for 6 more and I explained but communication was impossible. It looked like she wanted to return money for 4 or less (not abou 6) keeping saying I got more (what?? ridiculous). It was a simple math. Older lady (two were there) wanted to talk to me what she wanted to talk, she didnt even see the box to check how many were inside. She was rude. Basically no sorry no execute. I decided to return all. Where is service oriented mind here? What a great place !!

I had never tried this place and went in with an open mind. I am used to kolaches from Bucceys gas station which are really good. I went on a Saturday and they had amazing chorizo & egg kolaches. They offer certain choices on weekend only. The also have kolaches crescents. The pricing is great and the selection is amazing. I was completely lost when I walked in because of their great selection. The staff was very friendly and had answers to all my questions and made great recommendations. They will even heat them up for you there or you can take them home. I definitely recommend this to anyone that wants something different.

The young lady (I believe her name was mikay) in the front was very rude as soon as we walked in there was no "good morning" or any kind of welcoming. After we looked at the menu she didnt even bother asking if we were ready she just stared. I had to ask for my food to be warmed up because it was cold I then ordered another and again my second kolache was cold, I just ate half it wasnt even enjoyable. Wont be coming back.

Cold, dry, made with forgotten sadness. Definitly not worth the nearly $20 a dozen. Went on the tail end of the day, apparently they only make the ever so often. They might be good before noon, but after that why bother. They should adjust thier business hours instead of letting people bottomfeed a questionably food safe product.

There is a reason I go to this place often. I happen to live walking distance from here and I wish I didnt because its good. Ive tried several options there and nothing Ive tasted is bad. The customer service is always great and Ive never had a bad experience. Very Consistent with the service and taste. I highly recommend it!!!

The staff are lovely people, truly. But the product is super over priced for the small Kolaches that you get. I had a deal where you buy three get three free and still felt like it was a bad value.

Good price, good service, we tried tried 8 different ones. We could not find any we dont like. Loved the sausage gravy, chicken inchilada, cream cheese. We will definitely be back soon.

Good "kolaches". Definitely trying this place several more times. Front desk was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Food was excellent, not doughy like I was expecting.

Not easy to get too. The kolaches are made of a bread that is amazing, but the fillings can be hit and miss. The staff person seemed frustrated or anxious servicing us.

Kolaches are small and not very good. Jalapeno and cheese sausage kolaches made with a small braut and jalapeno and cheese instead of a jalapeno and cheese sausage.

The kolaches are very good. I do like to come back, but it is a little high priced and I wish they could heat the kolaches a little better.

Fast service and great treats. Coffee is... Meh. But you dont go to a Kolache Factory for coffee. You go for the delicious food.
