Second time will be my last. Its a shame how quickly this place went downhill. The first time we went, it was mobbed but the service was efficient and good. Although the food was nothing specifically to write home about, I was open to making it part of our rotation. Today we went back and it was only half full, yet they couldnt seem to get much right. They gave my wife a teabag for her tea with no information about how to get hot water or a cup. Eventually we had to request them from the girl who served our food. Which, they also got wrong. After spending 30 seconds discussing with the cashier if I could get a combo that consisted of a sandwich, pastry and lemonade (instead of soda), she said that I could. So I ordered it and then was not served my pastry. When I asked the server for it, she told me "it isnt on the order but Ill bring it for you anyway". Which she did not ever do. I checked the receipt and indeed, the pastry I ordered was not on it, nor was any type of combo reference. I hadnt actually wanted a drink at all and only did it because the drink would have effectively been free. So I ended up spending $2 on a drink I didnt really want and not getting the pastry I had ordered. Cmon people; its not that hard.

Extremely long wait for not too great food. Granted the store was busy; my wife and I ended up waiting 35 minutes for our order of Pancakes and egg sandwich. Many of the surrounding people were also showing frustrations because of the super long wait times. It appeared that only half the people in the restaurant had food at any given time. The scene behind the counter was a chaotic mess. The managers never left the grill so there was no coordination on what to do from the counter and floor area. My wife and I watched as 2 plates of french toast sat on the ready to serve counter for a whopping 15 minutes! The french toast was eventually packed up and served out the drive thru window. I feel so bad for those people. Waiting who knows how long to receive cold french toast. By the time we got our food (which I first verified was actually hot) and got home to eat it...our take away was great disappointment. The food wasnt bad, but it wasnt great. Not worth the long wait and especially not worth the price they serve it out. iHop offers the same to go service at a comparable price but with larger pancakes, better food, and far quicker service times.

So sad and disappointed.... Canoli was promised to have orange and lemon citrus flavor with creamy sweet feeling and mini chocolate chips. It had a tastless pastry shell that was super dry and tasted like it was previously frozen. Eclair according to the menu is egg flour shell with a vanilla custard filling, dipped in imported Swiss chocolate ganache. In reality there was barely any chocolate, definatly not dipped in the chocolate and was tasted previously frozen as well. There were no sleeves available for the cups that we order hot tea in, and one of the cups was only filled half way with hot water. Our pastries came on small little plastic plates and we also received small plastic silverware. The lighting is very bright and fluorescent, not warm and inviting like many other bakeries. Very cold inside and surprisingly no smell of fresh baking goods. Definitely will not be coming back...

Went here thinking we might be able to get a late breakfast, but missed it by 3 minutes. Literally, 11:03 on the cell phone and they stopped serving at 11:00 which was first disappointment. Second was when the wife ordered a cappuccino, they could not get the machine to work and she settled for a hot chocolate (very sweet I might add). When we received our order of chicken sandwiches, there were good enough to order and eat here again. The coffee was very weak for dark flavor. We did not care for the homemade chips flavor with the cheese sprinkle. The is definitely a spot for the pastries and breads however and next time we will get that to go. Atmosphere is cafe style with medium noise levels and a conversation can take place without yelling. Recommended and we will be back again for the desserts next time. Thanks for reading and if it helps give a thumbs up! WHDSM

Had to try this place twice because maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Nope! First visit we waited super long for a salad, sandwich and drink in the drive thru we ended up turning off the car. 2nd time walked inside with my kids to give them the benefit of the doubt. As soon as we walk in me and my children are greeted with an argument between employees. Right in front of everyone and my kids. I should have just walked out. Picked up a bread, dessert for my kiddos and tea. The tea was self serve and was pouring out some kind of weird slime with consistency similar to mucus. Like they arent cleaned, just refilled. When I told an employee she just wiped the nozzle with a rag and told me they were making more. I waited close to 15 minutes and still no tea! I left with no drink. Dont think this place is worth the hassle.

Visited today with 2 coworkers. Experience was okay. Wait time was a little longer, but expected as it is a new restaurant (and the parking lot was full) so no points being deducted for that. My sandwich was good, but boring - same with coworker #1. Coworker #2 however was not happy. He had to wait about 25 minutes for his sandwich and it was very underwhelming to him. I doubt he will return! I intend to return to try a different sandwich or two, as they did sound enticing (and they did have some very good looking dessert), but I doubt this will become a place I visit regularly, sorry to say. I will certainly amend my review should my next visit or two be a more delicious experience, especially should the dessert/pastries turn out to be awesome.

The green tea was good, the coffee OK. We stopped by to check it out and just buy a beverage and pastries. I was excited to read that they served fresh made to order and homemade. We were disappointed with the pastries. They didnt resemble anything fresh. I was convinced that they arrive frozen then thawed unprotected in a fridge or walk-in. They had no distinguishing flavor other than refrigerator taste. The croissant was very dense and chewy. The lemon poppyseed was dry. The carrot cake had good texture so it may have been good when it was fresh. The eclair had a nice filling but the pastry was dense, stale and chewy. The mouse cake was the worst. Ill update if I try the place again for other menu items but our first visit was deeply disappointing.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if they asked if youre a loyalty member. My son wasnt able to pick out chips and had to get the house chips. My order was a chicken pesto panini, soup, two pb&j sandwiches, grapes, and house chips. It took a long time for our food to arrive. When my food did arrive my son was given a bag of kettle chips instead of the house chips. For some reason I was given house chips. My soup wasnt hot, but it was warm at least. Also, one of the slices of bread for my panini was too hard and I felt like my teeth were going to break. The other slice was soft like it should have been. Neither slice looked like it was burnt. No issues with the pb&j sandwiches.
