I used to love this place but after being there last night I will never return! Terrible, disrespectful people work here and Im appalled!! While waiting to be served I witnessed them be completely rude and then flat out lie to a customer who wanted to exchange a piece of clothing she had purchased, then a girl came in that was friends of an employee and she was sitting in the back and had been sitting back there for a good 20 mins without anyone saying a word, I then walked into the same sitting area while my husband waited in line and one of the employees very disrespectfully told me to get out of that area that it was closed!! Then they told the friend to come hang out behind the counter (glad non employees can contaminate the food area) then to top it off the typical flavors they always have they were out of (sherbets and chocolate)!!!! after waiting 30 mins in a crowded tiny space since the bigger space in the back was closed! So disappointed in what this place has become and I will be sure to let the world know how rude they are!!!

It should have been a 5 . When we walked in , it was 30 min before the posted time to close and one employee was mopping one side of the store . Soon after we walked in , another group of people came in also . The employee who was mopping was clearly irritated that we all came in . He stuck the broom back in the bucket , left it there and walked around us to the back . I heard one customer whisper to another "whats his problem"? Thankfully, our remaining time there was very pleasant. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and the new sundaes are amazing ! As for the employee who was mopping during business hours ? He came to the front and asked if anyone needed help . Are you kidding me ? Do us all a favor and go find another job that doesnt require you to interact with the public and when you realize that doesnt exist , your patience would be greatly appreciated while we come into the establishment your working for , interrupt your side-work and spend our money.

It was very busy. With just 3 workers, they were polite and accommodated everyone . It got a bit mixed up with who was next because there was no LINE STARTS HERE sign and so that got a bit frustrating. The food and service were great though. I even lost my phone in their store. Running back to the river walk I used my moms phone to call and they answered to say they had it. Went back and before she handed me my phone she asked for my name, Id, what type of phone and color. It made me feel good knowing they wouldnt just hand the phone over to just anyone. They did great.

On vacation and I wanted to try a new ice cream parlor. However when we arrived at 10:36 on friday, staff told us they were already closed. I guess in Texas you should stick to the good brands you know who close when they advertise they close. I.e. 11:00.

Fantastic flavor. Awesome location. High school drop out run the place, so please dont expect courtesy or friendly service. If you can tolerate this, Id say this is a great place to get your ice cream and walk across the street to sit and enjoy the park.

Still cant get over its 1000+ calories each, but our sundaes and smoothie were good. Servers were friendly and was able to get iced water in tiny cups for everyone in a hot Texas afternoon.

My coworkers like to come here for ice cream time to time. Every time I go here it has a smells like old mop water or something. Otherwise its a good spot for ice cream if you downtown.

Very disappointed. Theyre closed at 10p tonight and online shows 11p. The young kids inside tonight closed up early. The doors were locked before 10p.
