My family and I visit this ice cream locationboften based on the excellent experience from the owner and his crew. They are always greeting my family and i an wishing us to enjoy our desert. I have nothing wrong or bad to mention based on the visit to the location. Except the excellent customer service receive. Thought I thank them for their hard work and bringing joy to my family. I recommend this place.

very little portion in a kids cup, not even a scoop and paid $5.49. I didnt ask for mix in so its even worst. Server are not so friendly either. This is not the first time it happened to me, this is the second time because I just want to give them another chance, but its still the same. Well I guess that will be the 2nd and last. Total rip off...will not recommend at all. A waste of money.

This place is so unorganized. Just went with my family and these dont have their stuff together. Everyone is yelling all over the place. You tell them your order and have to repeat again once and they get it all wrong. I would not recommend going here. It is so not worth it.

Horrible. Workers were handling money, then hands in ice cream. Man with nose ring repeatedly wiped nose then put hands in icecream. Nope! I walked out! No gloves and horrible customer service!

Horrible! Portions at nothing like the pictures. Paid $6 for a tablespoon of ice cream and 4 teaspoons of whip cream and one churro fourth. No caramel a true rip off

Bit expensive as compared to other marble slabs. Staff not very friendly. Ambience is really nice outside and worth enjoying ice cream near water fall here.
