We just went to this Starbucks and it was a horrible experience. Very slow and rang us up wrong the first time. Then they made the drink wrong and we had to ask for milk (one of the main ingredients in a latte) to be added. Mistakenly didnt try the drink again in the store until we were already on I-30 again. It tastes HORRIBLE. Cant even drink it. Pay attention when you are here because the baristas arent.

Worst service ever - been here 20 minutes and there was one person in front of me, who had their drinks before they paid since the lady was counting her cash drawer. Not stocked on anything - taking 8+ minutes to find chocolate chips for a frap. Management / staff need some retraining. 35 minutes for 4 drinks.....

Second time stopping here on our way to East Texas coming from DFW. Its a great spot to pick up coffee/tea and a snack for the road. This time we had Braxton serve us. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the different teas. Theres a lot to choose from and he steered us in the right direction.

Why does your store charge $4.65 for coffee mug refills while everywhere else charges $1.03 to $2.27. After I asked your employee why are you trying to charge me more, I even showed my Starbucks app history and all she said was "this is Starbucks, sir"

Prices here are higher than other Starbucks, and the drink (java chip frap) was horrible. Ill never stop here again. Its not worth the convenience to stop here, just go to the westbound side and hit a real Starbucks

This is the best one in town. Baristas are always nice and friendly. They take the time to say hi and try to remember your name and drink. Rare. Drinks are always good.

No free wifi. Went there to study and the barista said I would have to pay the shop next door to access wifi while at the Starbucks.
