Edit: This location seems to often be out of menu items, so I am taking a star off my review. It is usually pretty hit-or-miss whether I will actually receive my order. Today, they were out of bacon and couldnt give me the breakfast I mobile ordered. Im not sure how a place can advertise a hot breakfast and run out of bacon. This Starbucks has good days and bad days. Some days, theyre great! I used to be a barista, so I typically order my lattes steamed a little on the cooler side and they always do it with a smile. On a few occasions, however, they have far from lived up to my expectations. One of the baristas once told me they were not selling a drink that they were advertising (the new Narino iced coffee). Once, they put sweetener into my plain latte. I did not request a sweet latte, nor do I like lattes with sugar added to them. Today, I ordered an iced cinnamon almond milk macchiato and the drink I received had curdeled milk. This is by far the biggest offense from this Starbucks! Unexpected chunks in an iced drink are far from pleasant. This could easily be avoided if the barista had cooled down the espresso by pouring it over the ice in the cup before adding the almond milk. Overall, this Starbucks is a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a coffee. However, its quality is pretty inconsistent. I give it 3 stars overall.

I am a Starbucks gold member and have worked in the service industry for multiple years so I understand how to exceed customers expectations. I have been to almost every Starbucks east of Dallas and a bunch in Dallas as well. This Starbucks is by far the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Their staff is slow, not friendly, dry, and just downright forgetful. They have 5 closers close most nights Ive come in and still cant be friendly or quick about anything. The other Starbucks I frequent have 2 closers and usually get out very soon after closing and still manage to be attentive to customers needs. I dont know if its poor management leadership, inadequate training, horrible employees, or a combination of all of them. I would rather drive to a Starbucks further away and get better service than come to this one which is in fact closer. Drive to a Rockwall Starbucks if you genuinely want some cause the service here I couldnt even call service cause that would taint the actual meaning of service.

Notoriously the slowest most unfriendly Starbucks there is. I am a gold member and question why I even spend my money here. No one looks happy to be there, more less willing to really help you. There is NO I mean NO point doing a mobile order ahead of time because you will get it faster if you just go in and order at the counter. Just a joke. Sadly I wish I had a other store to drive by on my way to work for a nice effficent treat but sadly I dont or I wouldnt be using them ever. I had a lady in line who was saying she now remembered why she didnt come to them anymore. I just was in a Ft. Worth Starbucks location last week for work and the experience was the exact opposite. So sad!!! Wish there were more options out in Forney.

Update: customer service replied to an email about this issue. They said they would address the issue. Im very satisfied with their response. "Thats why you shouldnt do mobile" Ordered via mobile. When I get there my order isnt ready so I wait. And, I wait. Finally I asked and was told it was coming up. I waited some more. In the mean time, everyone in line when I got to the store had their orders taken and filled. I asked why my order was so late and the reply I got was "thats why you shouldnt do mobile." It was like she was punishing me for using it. First time Ive been told by a batista that mobile ordering sucks. First bad experience too, so Ill just assume this one store is the problem and not the entire family.

Had a snotty worker.. I had asked for sugar free vanilla.. my cup didnt say SFV it said V.. I asked what vanilla they had used and hes like "normal" so i informed him i asked for sugar free.. he said, "so youre saying you can taste a difference? you cant taste it theres no difference in taste" i said , "Its not about taste, I cannot have extra sugar in my diet" he continued to say stuff about taste under his breath and so I said once more "I cant have sugar" .. ruined my relaxing morning and now I am scared to drink my SFV tea cause I could see him being spiteful and put normal vanilla in it.. arse.

Looking at the Forney map today and it had this Starbucks icon so I clicked on it. I dont know what everyone else is talking about regarding speed, but Ive been visiting this location for a while and love it! Its a busy store for sure, but Im always so impressed at how friendly they are. Even though they are super busy, I always see them give each customer their full attention and I never see anybody slacking off. My husband ordered the wrong drink for me and when the manager heard me mention it to him, she insisted on giving us a new drink. Cant say enough good things about this location.

Ive been going to this starbucks since it opened. Well, I guess I should say I used to go to this starbucks. It doesnt matter what time it is, busy or not they are VERY slow. I quit going there. I dont buy sb anymore in Forney. I believe its the people the management hires and the lack luster environment of the community. Forney has lost its vigor and friendliness. So those are the people starbucks hires. Good luck!

Today I wasnt very happy with their service. I waited over 30 minutes for my coffee. People came and went and I was still there. Fifteen minutes after waiting I asked about the missing sandwich and coffees but not even that sped up my order. I was told it was mislabeled. For some reason after I bringing the long wait to your attention and you cant figure that their maybe a problem is a problem!

Went in and waited over 20 min for a drink I never received and watched them proceed to make one order after order of drive thru and mobile orders and not even work on the 1 drink I ordered and there was no one else there in the store but me waiting so I asked for my money back and left and she was like oh im sorry i forgot to make it.

This is my first stop most mornings, I go when they first open on the weekdays and they always get my drink right. The manager thats there in the morning is always friendly and all of the staff that work the mornings have their regulars. Its always a fun way to start of my work day and my breakfast and coffee never come out bad.

One of the worst Ive visited. I lived in Forney and would visit this often. Regardless of whether or not there was anyone in line, you WILL wait an extended amount of time to get your drink. And to top it off, the staff didnt make it up by being polite. I would recommend going into the Kroger as they have a Starbucks inside.
