Oh My! I was recommended to this rest. Having some oriental backround, I might be a bit critical! I ordered 1pork eggroll,and Won Ton soup! The Won ton soup had no meat in the noodles ,just noodles, soup consisted of noodles and broth, no scallions,etc. The pork eggroll had no pork! Main course, shrimp had no taste all, who the heck puts carrots , zuccuni, etc in this dish? No hint of ginger, garlic. All totally bland! Will not order from here again. Might mention, they did me a favor by delivering, cause I did not order $15.00 of food. However, did cost me $17.00, with tip! Horrible! would never recommend, Hunans to anyone! Sorry!

We would order from Hunan several times a month. We watched it go down hill lately but stayed loyal until tonight. We ordered sweet & sour chicken and sweet & sour shrimp. Unloaded the bag to find they left out the sweet & sour sauce. For me, thats what makes the meal! Called the restaurant and the response I got was "soooo, do you want us to do something about it?" Seriously, I just want what I ordered and what they charged me for! Told me theyd get it out to me. Over an hour later and we still have nothing. Were finished with Hunan.

Maybe delivery is better but dining there is awful. The place smells like mildew and it needs to be aired out. Although our waiter was nice and all, he had the most foul body odor Ive encountered in a LONG time. He must have known it too, because he was trying to cover up the smell with heavy cologne. The food was pretty gross too. Egg drop soup was neon yellow, so it had something weird in it, I think. My husband and I usually like hole-in-the-wall Chinese places but this one just sucks. I also had a bad stomach ache after eating there.

Love this place for what it is...decently priced Chinese food that is good quality and free delivery. Chicken Lo Mein, egg rolls, hot & sour soup, wanton soup, chicken fried rice are regularly ordered items that NEVER fail. If you want something original try the Broccoli chicken, it has a pearl white sauce that is light and broccoli is crunchy and bright green. I hope they never close. The building is old, so when you dine in you will be able to smell the oldness of the building, but hey it HISTORIC downtown Rockwall.

Food was alright, but the responsibility for a messed up order was unsatisfactory. We had ordered a larger size entrée. And when it came down to deal with the mistake, the person on the line delt with the situation by over talking and acting stubborn about the simple mistake. They demanded extra money and would not claim responsibility for the mistake. Their lo main noodles were greasy and the portions were poor. I would not recommend this place to any one ever again.

I decided to try this place and I was very impressed but as a first tie customer I dont tip for dilvery, I only tip after the first time so when the guy came and demanded a tip I felt it was so disrespectful considering I gave him an extra dollar and he still wanted more....just weird but the food was great!

I was the only customer in the building, but the food was pretty good. Prices were acceptable. Only trouble, there was a strange odor in the building. I couldnt tell if the sewer had backed up or they had a funky cleaning service. Other than that, good service.

Food is good. People are friendly. But nothing really makes it stand out. Its your typical Chinese menu that can be found anywhere. We go here occasionally for take out. Weve never actually eaten inside.
