IS THERE ANY LOWER RATING THAN 1?? BECAUSE I GIVE THEM A BIG FAT 0. I went to this place last night and it was 10:45 pm. The place is supposed to be closed by 11:00 pm. You guys are advertising your business hours at that time. I tried to place an order at 10:45 pm and no one answered the phone. I approached the place and the doors were shut, i could see employees inside laughing, hanging around, and doing nothing at all. I think it is very unprofessional on their part to close the doors during business hours. Customers should be your number 1 priority, i was about to order a big amount of chicken wings for my birthday party which would have given wingstop an extra $150 for the day but because those employees had the doors locked i ended up going somewhere else.

Terrible service walked in at 10pm knowing we have an hour till close. I ordered $30 in wings which was charged multiple times and had to be reversed and after sitting at a table waiting for 15 minute cashier says im sorry you have to take it to go were closing. When i explained i had 30 min and i lived very far away, she proceeded to tell me oh well.. I said to her you have a room full of people eating still, her response Im going to kick them out too. The service is a joke and insulting to me and my wife, we eat wing stop at least 3 times per month, i will be taking my business else where.

The quality of the food is pretty decent most of the time, but the service is so slow it boggles the mind. Ive had to wait on numerous occasions well past the time estimated the food would be ready after ordering online or over the phone-- this last time being more than twenty minutes. This adds up to roughly 40 minutes just for some frozen wings they had to fry up, and there were only a total of three other small groups of people in the restaurant. As someone else stated, it doesnt seem like management cares much about this location.

I have been to Wing Stop countless times. The food quality has always been great and staff is friendly and professional. Whenever I stop by is always busy so that tells me that other people love their wings as much as I do. However, some people walk in there and expect to walk out five minutes later.If some one is in that much of a hurry ,they should just go to a drive thru . The food is made fresh to order so be ready to wait at least 20 minutes . I always place my orders over the phone .

Just spent 30 minutes waiting for my food only to discover it was given away to another customer by the staff who laughed about it and asked me to wait another 15minutes. The manager made no attempt to make the matter any better. So I got a refund and wont be back! If I could give them 0 stars I would. There are other options to eat from everyday in Conroe. We need another Wingsstop with a different owner.

Started out great then around 0030 last night I was very sick and it didnt stop until this morning. I still feel like death. I called and asked if anyone else had complained about the food and the girl on the phone said "oh yeah you havent been the first". Someone then grabbed the phone and started crawfishing. They didnt show any remorse or anything. F@#$ them as I will never eat there again.

Longest wait ever. I waited one hour for 30 wings. If you have anything else to do cancel it, because wingstop will consume your evening !!. Absolute worst crew ever . And they give away a ten peice for the wait, which does nothing u cant buy back time. The fact that they give away food for poor service says alot. Wondering why I paid full price for something thats worth giving away.

Every time I place an order online I have to wait at least if not more than 20 minutes past the time they specify on the email. It took a total of 45 MINUTES of me waiting inside for my online order. My food had been sitting on the cart the whole time and they never bothered to check up on me. I seriously doubt management cares about this location. This is ridiculous.

Make sure you dont have anything else to do when ou visit this wing stop. Slow service is an understatement and it makes no difference if you order online or call your order in. The staff was on their cell phone one day I came in and stayed on the phone; didnt acknowledge me ask me to wait nothing just kept laughing and talking. The location on 242 is much better.

The wait is horrifically long and i ended up with a hair in my food! i went to confront them about this issue and their response was disrespectful. They didnt want to give me a refund and offered me a new order of wings like that was going to change anything. Personally i will never go again and i urge them for the sake of the other customers to wear hairnets

Did not like this place at all showed up early ordered my food two other customers walked in they got there food before me cashier was late she had attitude the whole time we ordered. food was drenched in oil and my French fries were soggy full of oil to. worst place I have ever been to. I love the wings here and the fries are good too. However, when you call to place an order they put you on hold every. single. time. And for more than 5 min. Unacceptable. I understand its not their fault but they need more employees. They lost our business tonight. Going to chipotle. ✌

Atmosphere - it was hard for me to believe what I saw... Standing water near the bathrooms with a wet floor sign. The walls were molding and sheet rock was falling on the floor. This violates multiple health code violations. Employees didnt seem to mind the filth.

Best wings in Conroe! Yes the wait time is bad but its worth it.
