5/6/17 @ 10:30 pm This is THE WORST place ever! I was just served by a young woman, she took my order completely wrong! She was extremely rude through the whole process from ordering to picking up my food not to mention that when I got home and found out that my order was WRONG!!!! I called her and told her, she said thats what I ordered SERIOUSLY who in the world would order TWO huge fries and only 6 pieces of wings???? This lady needs to take some classes on how to take and order on top of learning how to give good customer service.

The employees are always kind and friendly. The food is always hot they do take a while at times but the wings taste fresh and crispy. I only had ONE bad experience from the countless times I have ordered food. I came to dine in and one of the employees was making comments out loud saying I had to leave already because he had to go home. I spoke to him and he had a poor attitude and said he didnt care about the customers. I didnt get his name but he was Asian and RUDE! I dont think he works there anymore.

Worst wing stop I have ever been. Ordered wings on super took over an hour just to get my order after they said it would take 40 mins. Than when asked if its possible to get extra fries to make up for the long wait the manager said it couldnt be done for me or the guy that was waiting longer than an hour for his order and also told some customers they couldnt order over the phone....never going back to this location again HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

Terrible experience and will never go back. It specifically says on thier door that they close at 12am. Google even said they close at 12am. So when i called i didnt get an answer. I showed up at 11:11pm and all the workers are cleaning up and have the door locked. It shouldnt say thet they are open till midnight if they close at 11pm. I had to drive to the one at veterans memorial for service. This location needs to get it together.

I went there a few days ago, and the first thing I noticed were the floors only reason why i bring this up is because i went to a different location and the maintaince was amazing. I come to this location and the coke seemed like it had sand in it, the floors was flithy due th the lack for maintince through out the day. The staff are very rude and not very professional. I recommend the location on cypresswood and 249!

Horrible food. Looks like something was wrong with lemon pepper wings ordered today with bones in. Went back and got a refund for the worst looking order. Ate sone if the ither. Wings were wrinkled with whitish looking spots. Now 8 hours later, my stomach is killig me. Food poison. Employees stood around together in the back like they were conspiring to smdo something to the food or worried about it. .m

I just went to this wingstop and ordered went back to the car to wait for my food. After about 15-20 mins went back in to get my food. I went to the drink station and the guy called my name for my order he sat it on the counter and I looked by the straw holder and saw a baby roach!!!!! NEVER GOING BACK HERE!!!!!

I love Wingstop but this location is mediocre. They hire a lot of hoodrats who say obnoxious things that people shouldnt say at their jobs. It just seems unprofessional. They have gotten my order wrong as well so check it before you leave. They dont pay attention if you ask specifically for things.

Like all the others, I had a remarkably horrible customer service experience by none other than Bridgette, the manager. I will never buy food here again despite how much I enjoy their products. Her service is exceptionally bad and, from what Im reading online, is a legacy issue for this location.

I called and the guy could barely speak English so I spoke Spanish. He could not speak Spanish either. He had a hard time understanding how to write down my name for my order then hung up on me. He also left the phone off the hook. I guess no one else could call to order. Poor customer service.

Worst wing stop Ive ever been to. Ordered online and still had to wait about 25 mins for mr order. To make it worst, my order was ready but the employees failed to till me it was ready so it was just siting there getting cold. Skip this place and head to Buffalo Wild Wings down the street.

Double and triple check your order its often wrong. When you call to tell them about it theyll tell you youre wrong. Then they make you wait 20 minutes when you go back to get the correct order. So if you get home with the wrong order do yourself a favor and just eat what they gave you.

Food spilled all over my lap because of the horrible way they packaged it. We called they said there was no number for a manager we could leave a number. He never called back. The sauce caused a horrible reaction on my legs and I cant wash the smell out of my jeans.

Their service sucks. called to place an order and they put me on hold. for 10 mins I sit there waiting and can here them place 3 orders for people and attend to other people. I hear one guy ask the other why is this phone here and he replied oh I put someone on hold.

Look at the current reviews, not the ones from 4 years ago. DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. I used to eat here and it used to be good, but now it is just trash. The food was horrible, and i threw it away. Do yourself a favor, and pick somewhere else to eat.

At first, I didnt want to believe all the bad reviews I was reading from this Wing Stop. But after today, I agree. Please dont waste your time coming here, and eat somewhere else. Fries were old, soggy, preheated, and order was wrong and took forever.

Terrible service! Ive never been treated so horribly in the service industry. The wings were overcooked, but the seasonings/flavors were pretty good. Id suggest Driving the extra distance to Buffalo Wild Wings!

Great wings and that is a reason to go. But no matter how you order...you still wait a while to get your food! Either online or over the phone they never get your pickup time right. So plan on waiting a while.

Service here is unfortunately slow. Admittedly when I have gone they seem short staffed but maybe schedule more than two employees during lunch hours? Food is fine but prepare to lose time.

Ordered at 2:54 online / said be ready at 3:15 pm, get there at 3:35 pm and still have 10 minutes until food is ready? Normally much better service.
