I gave this only a 3 star because the service really was not there. The guy (maybe the owner) sat us down and took our order but never heard from him again after we got our food. I had to go to the counter to get a drink refill. I ordered the chicken and waffle with a side of eggs and country potatoes. My waffle was burnt and tasted like a burnt mechanical taste (not like I know what it tastes like but I know the smell), the chicken was really good, the eggs were not from fresh cracked eggs but decent just needed seasoning, the potatoes were ok. I dont think they were fresh cut. I would have given a higher rating if at least they would have corrected the waffle. I will possibly try them again at a later time.

This was a nice surprise! Not very enticing outside but really good place. They advertise $3.99 burger and fries. Also a pick 3 for $4 breakfast which should make the mister happy. Menu was pretty typical diner food options. I tried the white omelet and subbed pancakes for toast without issue. The pancakes were very good. The omelet was very good too, though a bit browned but with fresh mushrooms and spinach. One criticism, if you advertise all fresh, never frozen (a very good thing) maybe reconsider using process cheese and process butter alternative products at least on top of the meal. Otherwise wouldve been 5 stars. This place is super tidy and wait staff friendly and attentive.

This little gem is a breakfast livers must try! The food is real- buttermilk, eggs, cheese -no American slices or carton eggs here. The portions are more than fair, especially for the price and the taste is delicious. My husband loves crispy hash browns and I am a bit picky about waffles- and we both wish we had more room for another serving. The wait staff if friendly and attentive. They are hustling like crazy but did make the time to stop and check on us a couple times during our dine. We will certainly return!

The price is the greatest part of this diner. I had the Avacado and egg which is like an eggs benedict with a Southeastern twist. Add a cup of coffee and you leave with a 10.00 tab. Not bad. Locals eat here. The wait staff is kind and helpful and know many of their customers by name. If youre looking for a strip mall style diner with many traditional breakfast options, this is your place. If you want gourmet I doubt youll find it here.

Ive been coming here regularly for eight months and I absolutely love the food, and the service is outstanding. But today I witnessed them act like a true member of the community when they saw a homeless person sitting outside of their store and, without hesitation, fed that person. You should come here, not only for the food, but also because its an opportunity to support a small business thats willing to support their community.

I travel all over and this place is towards the top of the list. Very clean, fast service, friendly. Breakfast was out in shortest time I have seen for a busy place. If you like anything crispy or well done then ask. Very fresh and hot food served. Great deal for the lumberjack plate. UPDATED 6/17/17. I have gone back several times and the service has been top notch. If you go to any other breakfast place you are missing out.

Walked in a HALF HOUR before close and saw people sat and eating. Before I could even get to the front we were refused service since they closed in 30 minutes. "Were only taking to go orders" she says. What lazy people and careless management. They arent the only game in town... will never return. I suspect this is another independent in Plano with severely padded reviews from friends and family.

The Western Omelette was nothing short but of amazing. I had it delivered to work, through door dash, and it was great. It taste like a real home cooked breakfast, only thing was missing jam for my toast, but still it was great food and my best friend loved it too. Her waffle was big and my pancake was good.

Food was good, but service sucked. We all ordered and my wife never received her meal. When I reported it to the front end I was told that I must have been lying cuz the cook made the order. Then to top it off all they did was take the meal off of my ticket no apologies or anything. Worst place ever.

Huge portions, good food, waffle a bit over cooked, pancakes were dense, but good, tortillas in my migas were soggy. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly. Place was loud, and cramped on late Sunday morning. Overall, good food and very reasonably priced. Will visit again. Looking forward to a burger.

Ive always liked coming here... until they hired a new lady to help on Sundays. The service was terrible, she was rude, and that was enough to take my party of 11 to another place to spend our money where its appreciated. The price and food alone wont get you by, you need good customer service...

Just tried this place with a friend, had breakfast and lunch and it was AMAZING! Great prices, lots of food, home cooked style. Had the catfish basket which was seasoned great, and for breakfast had bacon pancakes, toast, the pancakes are big, fluffy and all. Im here right now as we speak! Lol

Very good food. Our group of 8 was a challenge with seating for this small place. Service was an issue. Our order got lost in the kitchen. It appeared that the server or it in but only two plates came out. After waiting a reasonable time we asked and she has to resubmit to kitchen.

I picked lumberjack Pancake that comes with bacon ham sausage hashed potato and 2 eggs For me a little too much. Next time I will pick up small menu. Pancake is just normal nothing special. Very nice tiny restaurant to eat in. Or to go.

A great little hole in the the wall breakfast and burger joint. Ive never had their breakfasts but the burgers are great. The prices cant be beat. A burger and fries will cost you less than the fast food burgers nearby.

Went today on a whim. Had never heard of it or even seen it until I drove by this morning. What a happy surprise!! Delicious, affordable, and a relaxed, cozy neighborhood feeling. I will be back - a bunch!!!!

Wonderful pancakes, sausage, eggs, hash browns and coffee! You may need to ask for refills when busy, otherwise a great place for breakfast!! In fact, will be making a run for breakfast this morning.
