Seems like every time I go they mess up my order. I always ALWAYS order extra on my burger. They ALWAYS forget something. This last time was the last time. Ordered double meat burger meal, with my extras, and was charged for everything BUT only got one meat and half of my extras. Seems like they need to STOP hiring ALL kids from the local high school. They just cant seem to get anything right. All these positive reviews are obviously the friends of these less than qualified employees who are more than likely giving their friends free food. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to Burger King. They may look and treat you funny BUT at least you ALWAYS get what you ordered, which IS what we pay for. NOT the kindness or friendlessness of the employees.

Just left from this location and it was so awesome! Went through the drive through the guys was super nice and my food came out hot and fresh and it was quick! I looked in the bag to doubke check my order and there was a cookie in the bag that i didnt order. The guy came out askong if everything was ok. I said "this doesnt look like my order" the guy said "that should be your order. I just decided to toss in a free cookie. That truly made my crappy day, so much better. He was working lane B today at lunch time. His name isnt on the receipt but he deserves recognition!!

Just left this place and ordered a Avocado Bacon Burger Combo and a double patty whataburger Combo, pay and as Im pulling off notice they gave me a jr burger, when I went inside to ask about getting it fixed was told I have to pay for a #2 again cause they gave me a #6 and they would have to reimburse my card... so I have to still pay for jr burger I didnt order and have to order another burger just to get what I originally ordered... and these idiots want $15/ hr but they cant seem to get a simple order right smh...

Michelle gave me order wrong and hung up in my face The order was correct on my receipt. But when I got my order it was wrong. I didnt order anything confusing. #2 ,cheese,sweet tea, ONION RINGS. Very basic. I received fries that were luke warm instead. Part of the reason why Im writing this is to let you know that you cant trust what they put in your bag even when you help make there paycheck possible.So make sure you double check to make sure that they havent skrewed up even after youve paid them.

I go here alot, and a few weeks ago, one of the employees called me "sir". Also, I went there earlier today and the employee who was taking my order kept finishing my sentences for me, making it hard to tell her how I wanted my burger. I told her I wanted ketchup and mustard on it as well and she said "ketchup AND mustard?" as if it was really gross to have ketchup and mustard on my burger. When I started eating my burger, I also noticed that there was way way way too much mustard.

I was in there about three weeks ago and a terrible manager started yelling at an employee at the drive thru window right in front of me. It was very unprofessional. When I expressed my concern to that same manager for the incident that had just taken place he ignored me, shut the drive thru window and refused to talk to me. The service was great and the staff was very curtious and other than that incident. There is no reason not to go there.

Have visited this site and various other Whataburger places across the state. Service is always prompt and order correct. Only one complaint I wish the burger was hot when served. I suppose the meat is pre cooked then warmed before serving. It would be nice if it was hot off the grill. I like the speed of service but would sacrifice for hot not warm food .

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and I was the only one in line and the worker "yancy" lady went passed me and just ignored me like she didnt see me in line. Also didnt inform anyone I was in line. She was focused more on talking than doing her job

Mediocre food. Clean establishment. We sampled their bacon cheeseburger and fries, as well as a taco. Hamburger tasted sort of like a whopper with too much mustard. Fries are basically the same as mcdonalds. Meh.
