We went to sonic because of 6" chili cheese dog for $1 . Its a good deal except its a limit of 5 per vehicle . They wouldnt let my friend walk up and order 5 more . They are willing to make a customer mad because of 5 hotdogs that , they still make money at $1 . Q.T. sells their jumbo hotdogs all day everyday for a little over a dollar . I wasnt going to pay $2 for a hotdog , so 5 was our limit , which the person taking my order quickly pointed out to my that it says it right there on the add " limit 5 per vehicle , it says it right on the ad " she says ! Since that wasnt enough food , we went to taco Bell also . My advice , dont have a special if you have to have limits on it . You should be able to determine situations that could potentially upset customers and avoid those at all cost . The reason you have specials is to get people to come eat there that would not be there , then you make money on the extras they buy while there for the special . You shouldve sold me one hundred hotdogs if thats what I wanted so maybe I wouldve bought 50 soft drinks . Now I think less of your company .

This is the worst Sonic. I used to go by every morning, but in the past 6 months things have went down hill. When you do get food it takes forever, but most of the time they dont even bother to answer the speaker anymore. If going west stop at the McKinney 380 location, plenty of staff. I will not waste anymore time at this one. Please just shut it down.

Almost every time the order is wrong. You can throw customer service out the window. Not sure if its management,sonics policies or the young kids that work in there that dont care. Some people that dont tip might give them a bad attitude on service but it hurts business in my opinion. Id rather drive to Mckinney than go to the one in my town.

Just had the single cheeseburger. It been a long time since I had a really really good sonic burger. I.almost always like them. And they are pretty consistently good. This time it was totally great. Like the best I remember. And you know memory makes the heart more fond. Ill make a point of eating here.

If you represent something with a picture and description you should actually serve the product. Dark chocolate is not regular chocolate as the reg. was what was served.We went once before and we were very pleased. The service was great, The Oreo Dark Chocolate Custard was great, not so much this time.

Bought expensive chicken combo. Butter on bread was drenched in and burned. Chicken was dry and portion very small looked like patty sat there all morning. My kids chicken tender meal was bigger which they have forgottten on my ticket in the first place. Disgusting food twice in a row. Skip this place.

If youre going for half price drinks and slushes you might want to call ahead of time because some of their drinks that are listed as slushes are really shakes and they dont count them on their half-price I got a strawberry cream slush slush being the keyword

Awful! First, we ended up paying for someone elses food. Then we got the exact opposite of what we ordered. Asked for extra chees and got no cheese. Asked for sausage on my burritos and got none. $14 for eggs in a tortilla. I will never go here again.
