I have never given a place one star; this is my first. We drove a little over 4 hours to get to Seagoville (from SA), and were tired and hungry. Because of the 3.8 stars this place received, we stopped here. Should have stopped at the Mexican restaurant across the way; but we chose this place because we love Eastern food. We were absolutely disappointed. Very FEW of the buffet items were authentic Asian, or Eastern. But, I guess thats why its "NEW Eastern". Some of the buffet items: broccoli/crab salad, lettuce leaves in water (for freshness?), store-bought desserts, whipped cream fruit salad, & other fruits. The sushi section was scant, and the imitation crab was like a dry cheesecloth (used to dry cars). Egg rolls had good flavor but dripped with oil, as did the crab rangoons. Veggie rolls were overcooked; not very much veggie stuffing in them. Ok, everything was greasy. One interesting item -- frog legs. Husband said they were also dry. Poor husband wanted to get his $9 worth and over ate; wanted to find something good -- no success. Were surprised they dont take pride in their culture & food. Im sure a fusion of American & Eastern would be great.

First time ever coming to this place! Walked in the door and stood there for two to three minutes waiting for someone to greet me and at least acknowledge I was there to spend my hard earned money. Someone that was wiping down the buffet kept looking at me but never tried to greet and seat me. Horrible customer service. I will ensure that was the first and last time I walk into their establishment. Oh and the front door handles were sticky. Probably not the cleanest place. Learn how to serve the people willing to give you money they have earned.

I found a piece of hair in my food (grilled on habachi)... I involved the manager to show her the hair, she argues with me that it came from one of the mushrooms. Hmmmn, interesting that of all the mushrooms that I had cooked, there was only one piece. She did apologize, but still charged me full price for my meal. Worse customer service ever! I never write reviews but I just had to share this horrible experience. Please dont waste your money here, its definitely not worth it, well never eat here again.

Walk in and you stand there waiting for someone to greet you or at least lead you to a table. And once you get to a table, it’s sticky, you go get your food, oh wait, there isn’t any. Went straight to the sesame chicken to find it nearly empty. There are about 1/4 employees that actually smiles while the others look like they’re having a rough week even when talking to you. Only positive, prices are reasonable.

Went to eat here since 2006 and always enjoyed our visits and food. Employees actually remembered us and always were so friendly and helpfull. We met people who drove there for about an hour as the food was great. Unfortunaly something changed a year ago - new people, bad food, poor service - and we stopped going there. May be will try some time again... It was so great place!

I have a different experience. Everyone was super nice and all the food was so delicious. Period. The sushi did not look good and I did not eat it but other than that it was very very nice experience and my tummy went home very happy and satisfied this is been a few weeks later and Ive had no instance of food poisoning or problems so obviously it was not nasty

Not baby friendly we asked for a high chair and didnt get one and after asking several times we were told asked to sit at the back because we were just standing waiting on a high chair we never got. So we were asked by JANE to either just sit or leave so we left. Not baby friendly rood workers wont be back.

Food was old and nasty and the sushi was discolored i told them that it was old and the argued with me over it and said it all look that way what kind of fish is brown the never took it off the line so so my boyfriend did i will never go back ever agian

They tried to over charge us with two extra adult buffers and they got an attitude when we had them correct the ticket. The waitress was very rude and the girl the charges as well. They started talking in their foreign language and gave us an attitude.

They close at 830 and not 930. They had old food and wouldnt replace new. I was told i should have looked first. they dont care about anything besides making money on there old nasty food they put out.

Just your average Chinese buffet, tho they do have a hibachi grill also. Food is reliably good. Service is good,prices are reasonable. Easy in and out and usually quiet and relaxing.
