Milanos is a small, furtive, and homely establishment that serves what most people from this area would call Italian food. Inside are a few tables, a tv (usually tuned to nbc), about two corner booths if I remember correctly, a salad bar, and a counter. Generally speaking the food is good, the quality and taste ranges across the menu. Pasta is nice, wings are tasty, pizza is pretty good, but their chicken sub is an absolute knockout in my opinion. Prices are agreeable. The workers, mostly Albanian, arent as exuberantly friendly as the average Heath-person; but they arent the slightest bit disrespectful at all. I think they see the place as more of a take out or delivery type place rather than a sit-down servicing restaurant, nevertheless I think they dont mind if you stick around (so long as it isnt around closing hours, which is sort of an unwritten rule if you ask me). Overall, I like the place. If its 8:30 and you havent eaten yet, and dont feel like cooking or braving the horrific Rockwall Traffic, a spaghetti or chicken sub from this place is your best bet.

So, I asked for bacon on my pizza. The twit tells me that they do not make it because of the owners religious beliefs and I asked about their sausage and he replies that it is all turkey meat. First of all, if he was true to Kosher, the twit would know that one cannot mix cheese with meat and be true to religious laws. Fortunately, since Little Cesars opened, I can eat there, crap out a turd, and it be more appetizing than what the folks at Mikanos serve.

0 for 3 over the years (Since maybe 2010?). $6.99 for 6 boneless chicken McNuggets at best, bland pizza with unknown meat...not pork...turkey maybe?, delivery was $13 over the order amount and manager told driver to tell me take it or leave it...left it. Amazed this place is still open.

This place has great food. I can be picky to please when it comes to Italian food, but I cant complain about the pizza, pasta, and salad I just ate. Im really unsure of the negative reviews. It is a bit pricey, but its much more authentic than dominos, sooo... I definitely recommend!

The waiter there was rude for us for no reason...looked like he was having a bad day. We were shocked when he talked to us in a harsh way but we did not say anything back to him. I had a diarrhea about 30 mins eating there. No a pleasant experience at all.

Wonderful local Italian Restaurant. Made us feel welcome in our new neighborhood. Terrific sandwiches and of course fantastic pizza! Happy to have such a friendly local restaurant to send friends and any of my clients relocating to Heath.

I had the Alfredo pizza with added pepperonis. Came within 30 minutes and was hot and fresh. The sauce was delicious and the crust was cooked perfectly. I will always prefer their food to chain delivery!

They have the BEST, and I mean BEST ham and cheese sandwich EVER!!! I try to visit this establishment at least once a week! The staff is friendly, the place is clean and overall a very nice place.
