. I visited Ihop with a group of friends. We all agree it was a horrible experience. We were seated promptly. The server took our drinks immediately. She came back and i told her "just a couple more minutes" (we all almost had decided on the choice of meal) She was nowhere to be found For a very long time. When we did see her, she was ordering drinks for other tables quickly and leaving out of sight once again. Our wait was over 25 mins just to place our order. (we were seated around 1:28am and placed the order around 1:56pm) Feel free to check the cameras to confirm.And SHE WASNT the one who took our order. I dont even want to imagine how much time it wouldve taken had waited on her. she was seating&serving other NEW tables (2-3), Come on 25 minutes and still nothing?? Finally we got the attention of a young male server. Maybe African American.He came to our table and i asked him politely to be our server. He refused but said he could place the order instead. The food came and i was horrified at the sight of my pancakes. It looked like someone spat underneath the ball of butter on my pancakes. I suppose, this cannot be proven. But please see if you can check the cameras in the kitchen. The thought remains lingering in my mind. The container of the blueberry syrup spread about a dozen sugar ants. When we told our server, she wasnt shocked and acted like it was normal. Horrible!

My best friend and I come here maybe twice every week after work and have an amazing time. We specifically ask for a waitress named Merideth. I would recommend this waitress to anyone because she developes a real connection with her customers. She knows our drink orders, our food orders, and everything else down to the specifics. Shes not just there to get a tip, shes there to do her job the right way. And the worst part is that just because shes "new" the other waiters and managers boss her around and treat her horribly, Ive seen it. So in conclusion I highly recommend this waitress if you choose this IHOP, shell make sure your food is out quickly, your drinks are always full, and your silverware is always clean.

Bad Experience.....Went to IHOP on 6/3/2017 saturday night with my pregnant wife to have dinner. We always go and not bad but this day the server took approximate 5 minutes to come to our table which I am ok but her breath smelled like she had smoked like 5 boxes of cigarettes. Besides that everything went ok but almost close to finishing the transformer blew out no light anywhere. So I figure for the inconvenience we were getting a coupon our wont get charged for our food but nothing like that happen manager desappeared no sign of her and the waiter didnt know what to do. All the waiter I mean all left outside the building to take a smoke.

Ive been coming to this IHOP for the past ten years, off and on. The staff are always incredibly friendly and polite, the food is consistently good for a decent price, and thereve been at least two remodels I can think of that have managed to keep it looking quite nice. There can sometimes be a few issues with wait time, especially during peak breakfast time on the weekends, and the service can be a little slow sometimes (again, typically during peak traffic hours), but on the whole I do feel like its a nice, homey place to get a bite to eat.

Ok so Im sitting here in the IHOP writing the review. First off, the waitress acts like she doesnt like her damn job. Second she gives me a glass with a big ass lipstick mark on it. Then I get my food and the bacon is as old as Moses. I pop open my silverware and its sticky from syrup. To top it all off, she gave the same lipstick cup to the table behind us and then told them she didnt see it there. The icing on the cake is she slammed down all of our plates. The worst ihop ever. I had to give it 1 star but if I could it would be zero.

Upon entering we had fast service. The waitress seem pretty friendly. I walked in and about 10am its pretty busy on a Sunday morning but we was able to be seated. It only took 13 minutes and 54 seconds to bring out two orders I think thats pretty fast being at there was a lot of people. So my overall experience I enjoyed it also my mom did LOL and it was made exactly how we ordered it no problems I do recommend

I came here with my friends to enjoy a nice meal and i ordered a potato soup but the waiter brought me some big ass potato dish. When i told her i didnt order this she said "oh i thought you said "-----" well thats what we have" and left. She didnt ask if i wanted to change my meal. I may look like a damn kid ordering food, but you do not disrespect anyone like that. I shouldve called in your manager.

I am here once a week. I am in a card playing group and they let us use their back room one night a week. The service is good, its prompt, and the food is good. When there have been minor issues folks get them fixed right away. I dont think they have wifi, but they do have good food at good prices. I definitely recommend this breakfast spot to others.

Just got done leaving IHOP, let me tell yall for them having one waitres the manager Robert hoping the waitres and then being slammed with customers. They did a pretty good damn job,didnt have to wait much for me order. We got sat down really quick gotta drinks gotta order in 15 minutes later we had our food they did an awesome job!

Service was horrible, Ive been waiting 30 minutes for my order to be taken and no one came and so I finally started to get ready to leave and a waitress "so-called" Sees me about to leave and heads to my table and takes my order 30 minutes later, and the hostess was rude along with one of the waitress. (I do not catch their names)

I travel to Houston on a regular bases and my first stop is to this IHOP for breakfast. If you can get over the smell in the lobby, this location is the pinnacle of breakfast dining in the metro Humble area. I give the kind wait staff two thumbs up! It’s worth the trip to see the wall of “dine and dash” photos.

Horrible service at night.. slow, unfriendly.. and food yukkkk.. the hostess needs a new career.. shes totally unhappy rose our waitress was ok.. but everyone seems depressed. .. now I remembered why I dont come to humble IHOP.. nxt time dennys even with the food sucking the atmosphere is way better..

I love this location. There is typically a wait, but we know thats usually how it goes on a weekend morning, and we dont mind it! There is an older waitress here whom is amazing! She never misses a beat while serving us. Shes absolutely the best waitress weve ever had!

Ive always enjoyed IHOP. This location has generally great wait staff and Ive never encountered any problems. This isnt a 5 star restaurant of course but I always enjoy the ability to have good breakfast in the morning before work and this is a great IHOP location.
