I went there last week before closing. I walked in and no one spoke to me or acknowledged me. There were only 2 guys working. One walked right past me sweeping and wouldnt make eye contact and the other guy was making a sandwich. He look at me, then continued making the sandwich without speaking. This was the first silence I have ever heard from a Firehouse Sub place. While I have eaten at enough locations around the country to know this is weird. I was there to order 4 trays for our office. As much as I hated to, I ordered it from Subway because it was close. I like Firehouse Sub, but this locations treatment rubbed me the wrong way. After leaving Subway, I still wanted Firehouse so I drive to 121 and Custer. As soon as I walked in, 4 loud greetings. I will just drive a little further for the better customer service. I talk with my money and the Coit at Park location will never see my personal or business money again.

What a terrible experience, all of which stemmed from a minor, easily-remedied mistake. I went in today and ordered what are usually two very tasty sandwiches. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for my order to be made, only to be told that they had put it in as a phone order. The employee offered no apology, and handed me my 20-minute old now-cold sandwiches. I spoke to the manager, who offered no apology or anything until prompted by me, when he then offered a free bag of chips on my next visit. There will be no next visit, and I find it insulting that he offered a $1 compensation for not being able to eat a $16 meal. I had him refund the order instead, where he literally threw the refund receipt at me. I am extremely displeased with the service Ive received and I would NOT support this store because of the actions of the manager (IDd on my refund receipt as "Saul M.").

Where do I start, First of all, it took a long time to prepare my order, Finally when they brought it out it was not the one I ordered. That is ok it happens, I agree. But a sincere apology would have been nice but the staff was rude and did not bother to say a simple "Sorry" for the inconvenience they caused. Personally, I had a bad experience.I will never take my family to the Spring Creek Firehouse Sub.

My friends & family love this location. It always has great service and a clean store. We had a birthday party for my son. The store had set up balloons and took care of all our needs. AWESOME SERVICE.

Favorite chain for hot subs! They have a huge variety of hot sauces that you can try with ratings on how spicy they are on a scale of 1 to 10. Definitely recommended!
