I have lived and traveled in Italy & have not found a comparable gelato shop over there! Paciugo makes the best gelato & my time in Italy tasting other "authentic" gelatos has proven this. You can even earn points for your purchases, dogs are allowed on the patio, and live music is often played on weekends. Would love to own a Paciugo shop someday, that is how much I love this place! Top favorite place in Plano to visit, I think it is almost impossible to not find a flavor to like! Gelato is so much better than ice-cream!

I cannot believe it took me so long to join the gelato bandwagon! No more frozen yogurt stores for my family! We went to Paciugo after hearing all our friends rave about it, and we will be going back regularly! The gelato is flavorful and delicious and makes me reminisce of strolling through Italy, cone in hand. We tried the stracciatella, panna cotta and the lemon, each was divine!

My girlfriend and I used to live in Denton and used to drive down all the time JUST for the gelato. We have been here easily 40 times since summer 2010. The quality of service, and employees beats any other I have ever been to. With REI, whole foods, and Barnes and nobles nearby you could make a day of it, or at least quite a few hours. If you are into that sort of thing. We have!

This Paciugo location was a nice, fairly standard gelato shop. I ordered a Affogato al Caffè with tiramisu gelato, and it was delicious. My friends and I sat at the tables outside, and there was a great musical performer out there for the evening. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Excellent quality, friendly staff. Had more choices of dairy-free than Ive ever seen, which is huge for my little boy allergic to dairy. Now the whole family can go out to eat ice cream! They always have dairy-free chocolate in the back, too, even when they arent showing it in the case.

This is a FABULOUS spot! The gelato is out of this world, its always so hard to decide which flavors to get. The service is wonderful and they will provide a couple sample tastes to help with that tough decision. I will be sure to go back when I get those sweet tooth cravings!!

These guys are a good pacuigo. The other stores like to BS you by putting a whole lot of air in the middle of the cup and making the sides look high. The other stores are crooks. This store actually fills the center of the cup with what you are paying for. 6 stars if I could.

Paciugo offers a wide-variety of flavors, a clean store, and a welcomed treat. The serving sizes are on the small size, but it helps to keep my waist size in check as well.
