A group from work was ordering food from here and I decided to try them out. When we called and it was my turn I asked for a broccoli beef. The lady asked me if I wanted a medium or a large and I replied that I wanted the $6.99 lunch special they showed online. She said ok and asked what type of rice I wanted and said theyd be out soon. Upon delivery I was told my meal came to $10.89. I told the driver, who was very nice about it all, that that was not the price I had been expecting, he helpfully called the owner who told him I had two options, to pay the $10.89 or to wait several hours until their lunch rush was finished to get my food. I was expecting any sane manager to just fix the price and move on instead of wasting an entire plate, her drivers time, and the food for a new plate, but I refused to pay the extra $4 and the driver pulled my meal from the bag and left. After waiting an hour and a half for the driver to come back with my food I get a call from the restaurant saying that they wont be coming back as the driver got in a car accident (terrible coincidence? maybe...). When I finally take my break at work 30 min later I happen to pass by the location and see the delivery driver getting in his car with a new order to be delivered. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

I decided to try this restaurant out one day for lunch and I had a medium expectation, but after getting home with my order and taking the first bite. I was amazed! They totally exceeded my expectation. I dont know if it remains constant everyday, but that day the food was amazing! Im a picky person and I found this place great. Everything I had ordered tasted the way it should have and had a REAL Chinese Cuisine taste to it. Their pricing is decent for the quality and quantity! Try it out and you wont be disappointed.

It has been SO hard finding good Chinese delivery in Oak Cliff. Lucky Rice is definitely the way to go. Dinner portions are large, orders are always correct, price is reasonable and delivery has always been swift for me. Quality of the food is about what you would expect from a small delivery joint. Not blow-you-away-amazingness but tasty when you have that craving and just cant pull yourself off the couch to dine out. Have not had a single bad dish or experience!

For take-out, this place is great! (I would have made it 5 stars, if only their menu had one of my favorite Chinese dishes/sides: Cold Sesame/Peanut Noodles!)-- Portions are huge, lots of meat in the meat dishes, vegetables are not over-cooked, service is friendly. I recommend asking for most dishes to be cooked "spicy." Personal favorite: Black Bean Chicken, cooked extra spicy!

This is one of the most amazing Chinese Fast Food restaurant around the area. I feel ashamed calling it a fast food place. The food is the most authentic Chinese food Ive tasted so far around this area. The food is always hot upon order. The Woman that works there is amazing! She has a great way of making everyone feel special. I love this place. Totally recommend it 100 percent.

I LOVE there food, but they have the worst customer service. They "accidently" delivered my food to another place and who knows signed on my behalf! To make matters worse I still had to wait another hour and pay for my food. I have had three occasions of this happening already, but I keep coming back because there food is so delicious. Good servings and very cheap.

Poor customer service.The delivery guy showed up 1 hour and 45 mins after I had ordered and still expected me to pay.Wouldnt go away after I told him it was cold and then expected me to just "throw it in the microwave".Had to call hotel management to get him to leave me alone.I wont be ordering from them again,going to give Golden Dragon a try.

This used to be one of my favorite Chinese restaraunts. The food was good, the portions were great and so was the service. I feel that they must have changed cooks because the food tastes different. It lacks flavor . Its just not the same. Its just bland. Last 2 times Ive ordered the combo lo mein it tasted like it was burned. So disappointed

Bro the Chinese food here sucks BAD I bet the people giving this place 4 or 5 stars r high on pot the fried rice is mush and the entrees.. well if u think the Chinese food at a mall is "good Chinese food" then u might like this place u get what u pay for. They r nice enough but I would rather they be mean if it meant the food was better haha

I just ordered from here.I got the shrimp fried rice and crab rangoon. It was the best ive had in a very long time. Im very finicky about what i eat and the food was delivered quickly, it was hot and tasted good. I dont like chinese food much but i will be eating from them again soon!

i ordered from this place today for delivery, and they’re portion sizes are huge. I spent 11 dollars for a massive serving. I couldn’t finish it but it was a great price for the amount of food i received. also the food tasted great i will definitely order again

It has been a long time since I have enjoyed eating at a restaurant. I had my food delivered everything was neatly placed in the bag with different sauces to my liking. I recommend them to anyone that really loves great food. Especially Chinese Food.

First time there tonight even though we were last minute customers. They tool good care of and were patient as while we were tryjng to figure out what we wanted to order. Our order was ready within 10 minutes, and the food was delicious. Loved it !!

The food taste good to me. Better than other places in area. Nice portions of food served and during the week they offer a cheap Buffet not a big selection But good a selection of dishes offered and for a very cheap dine in price.

It is so hard finding good sesame seed chicken and fried rice combo plates, but Lucky Rice really mastered the aRt! Yeah, the place isnt fancy or a date quality setting but if you want good Asian takeout food, this is THE SPOT!

order it all the time for lunch. they deliver really fast and the lunch portion is big enough to share. the eggrolls are good. my fav is the china town special.
