We ate there for the first time last week to try out their lunch buffet. As you walk up to the door, they had a note letting you know that the air conditioner was not working. We decided to check it out anyway thinking that it was only the dinning room affected. Turns out it was the entire building, and the poor staff were dripping in sweat coming out of the kitchen. I know things break, but I would hope a big company like Pizza Hut would pay for regular maintenance on their HVAC systems to keep this from happening.

If I could give them .5 I would!!!! Our pizza hasnt even arrived and its over 25 minutes late. You have to then jump through hoops just to get someone on the phone-it took me over 5 minutes, then to try and get a manager on the phone is madness with another crazy wait, then you get the were really busy right now our driver just left. Something needs to be changed here and fast!!! I hate ordering fast food in this town. Please save yourself the hassle and order from Dominos-at least their stuff arrives on time!

DISGUSTING. A complete DUMP. The worst pizza hut Ive ever been to my far. Our pizza was soaking in grease from the bottom and was burnt on parts. People there are completely rude just left me waiting to pick up my pizza for 15 min when I had already called to make sure it was ready. And if you dont want to be scared or disgusted dont ever order carryout or dine in because as soon as you walk in you will find it hard to believe how that dump is still open.

Horrible service. They got my order wrong they brought me a medium and tried to tell me it was a large as if I have never eaten a pizza before. I asked to talked the manager she came to my table and was super rude and was like oh well. And never once apolgized. My wings were so over cooked they were dried out and hard and they did nothing to make it right with us. So we said I guess we will just not come back she the manger said ok good. And walked off.

When you call you get automated service, like the store is super super busy. Finally I got a human, must have been in different country, very rude....they never get order correct and Pizza Hut looses a lot of business this way. Who ever thought it was good idea has issues Im thinking, upon picking up order, guess what??????? Yep, order was wrong no apology nothing, LESSON LEARNED, wont be back

This pizza hut is awesome. The manager there and most of the employees are very nice, and helpful. Id give it a 5 star rating but the only reason Im giving it a 4 is because if ordered food and had it delivered and that is the only time Ive ever had a problem with toppings, or the pizza being cold or not cooked right. So I no longer ask for delivery but every time I pick it up its perfect

Service was terrible. Ate our meal and waited a while before anyone asked if we needed refills or our ticket. We had to go get refills ourselves. Wings werent even covered in the sauce and pizza was so greasy the pizza was soggy. Very unhappy with the service we got for the amount we spent would no recommend eating at this location.

I order from Pizza Hut all the time they never get my order wrong they show up on time sometime 5-10min faster there diver are nice even when I cant tip big.
