I was there with a bunch of Friends for Eid today around 8pm, the waiter was really nice took our orders which was only hookah and drinks and one kafta kabob plate. I specifically told and repeated my order to the waiter that I wanted the beef kabob kafta plate. Around 20 minutes later she comes to the table with a sandwich and some fries, I told her that it was the plate. Another 20 minutes later passed and I requested it to be for take out. Once I got home and opened the box I got what seems to be two skewers of beef tenderloin "kabobs". Not only were they burned but were dry and had a very mild flavor. The two stars goes to the waiter for everything expect my order. Management needs to pay attention more to the customers. I didnt seem to recognize a manager or anyone in charge. I live 40 mins away in las colinas irving driving back is not worth it

Wasnt sure where I was because I just moved up here... So I was just gonna check this place out until my friend got here to help me. I Walk in, get a seat, waiter asks if I would like a drink. I get a drink and buy everyone else at my table a drink as well. Then another very rude waiter comes up and tells me the owner says I have to buy food or a hookah or leave, I ask if Im supposed to pay for the drink since I have to leave and she looks at me like Im stupid smiles and says yeah you have to pay for the drink. I go talk to the owner, then they decide I can stay.. while the waiter is still being cocky and rude. Rude owners, Rude waiters, the environment isnt very clean and. the furniture is worn down Overall experience. Horrible.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. This place is absolutely repulsive. As far as the exterior goes, only available parking is in the back alley and the building itself looks identical to an old, dirty Wendys. Upon entering this establishment, there is an EXTREMELY foul odor coming from the mens bathroom and possibly the menus as well. The clientele is somewhat sketchy and service very slow. Overall, a terrible experience. PS. When you decide to leave, make sure you dont make any U-turns, as they are all illegal and cops lurk everywhere in the area.

This restaurant instantly became one of our regular places to frequent. We can easily spend a paycheck there if were not watching what were doing, simply because we want to taste it all! Their food is highly addictive, the Turkish coffee is such a treat, the atmosphere feels like home, only better, the staff is friendly and professional, and the hookah flavors are so very nice! All of that, combined with their free WiFi, overstuffed chairs and couches, and waterfall/volcano makes for a unique experience one cannot pass up!

Absolutely awful experience! We walk in with group of 5. Most Pushy and rude staff I have encountered here. Let me be very clear that I have been to almost 30 states and I eat more then twice a week and often go to hooka place ! This is probably worst experience in last decade. Every 10 mins new rude waiter keeps coming and asking you must order something like you have a meter running ! Reason NEVER AGAIN ... stay away unless you want to be ripped off !

Ive only been once, but I love it. Ive often been to Pharaohs lounge in Hurst, and while good in atmosphere and layout, Pharaohs has never mixed their hookah flavors as strongly as Shisha Cafe did when I was there. The atmosphere at Shishas could stand to be a little more lounge-y by putting in lower lighting and maybe some more couches. All in all, best-tasting hookah Ive ever had (strawberry/watermelon), great waitstaff, I will be back for more.

I ordered kufta with tahini sauce and they gave me a Salisbury steak covered in some nasty sauce that definitely wàsnt tahini sauce and threw a couple of French fries on top of it. The odd part was that what they served me wasnt anything on the menu so it wasnt a mix up in the order. Im pretty sure they served me a tv dinner. My boyfriend ordered lamb and it was very tough and dry. Service was mediocre.

Been a regular here for 2 years. They have the best hookahs around DFW at the best prices (about 8$ for a hookah with a mix of 3 flavors.) The place is a bit traditional and gets loud and crowded sometimes during the weekend nights. The menu is a good mix of greek and american food. Ive met some of the best people I know here and hope yall give it a shot.

Wendy is the best waitress ever! Went in last weekend and literally had one of the best service experiences of my life. As some of yall know that is really hard to come by these days. So next time you go, ask for Wendy (green hair) and make sure you give her the tip she deserves. I will ask for her every time from here on out!

Went in to order food to go. Was my first time there. I placed my order they were quick about getting the food out. Once I got home I noticed I was missing a dish. I live 15 minutes away. I called them and they said they never heard me say the dish... The food was very bland, did not taste fresh. I do not recommend.

The hookah was top notch! We had the watermelon and mint. We also had some hummus which came out with hot steamy pita bread. I loved the atmosphere and it was just a laid back lounge. The food was good but the hookah was better. The staff was friendly and just one of us. Way to go!

The place was kind of stinky, the food was gross, dry, and sloppily thrown together. I wasted my money back for everything. I Jeff ur alone and gave it a 2 only because is never had food from a hookah bar before and maybe it was my fault for thinking it should be good.

This place is my favorite hang out. Servers are all great, the owner is nice, and the customers are good. A very mixed crowd depending what day you go. Shisha Cafe recently remodeled and now it really feels like some hookah lounges over seas.

Its good place. The price is really cheap. 7.99 for one hookah. The owner is really nice man. There is one Problem. They add there tip in to ur bill and gonna give a receipt asking u a tip. So basically u gonna pay tip twice.

Excellent service and products. This is my go to place to buy my hookah supply and they have fair prices and good products. I also purchased my hookah kit from them and it is the best. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent food and I would go again anytime! A great family dinner restaurant and the hummus and the falafel were great! I recommend anybody to go and take their families to Shisha Cafe. Great lounge! 5/5

Food is excellent , the decor is outdated , chairs couches give you a 90s feel , they could do a better job with the A/C recirculation , good hookahs , staff is friendly . The crowd tends to be younger .
