The food here was very good. We ordered the Falafel sandwich and chicken sandwich as well as hummus, babaganush and some spinach pastries. All were prepared well and there is nothing really spectacular. On food alone, the place is unremarkable but easily repeatable. The real problem was everything else. I LOVE going to local dives. I think it is a treasure when you find a little mom and pop place that blows your socks off. When it is done wrong, however, it is such a let down. This place, unfortunately, was such a case. First and foremost, the place was absolutely filthy. Just to see if it was dirty because of a recent rush, I went back a second time to inspect, this time on a slow day. Unfortunately, the results were the same. Absolute filth and mess. I love that the tables didnt match and the curtains were from last century. To me, that adds character. What I didnt like were the sticky tables, food crumbs on the seats and on the floor and the grease, cobwebs and dust on the walls. If this proprietor maintains his eating area in this disorder, how does he/she keep her kitchen and food maintained? Secondly, and less importantly, the service was bad. I mean famously bad. The order was wrong, when we asked for refills on the drinks we never received them, etc. To his defense, our server was very nice and well groomed. Each person had a very professional looking outfit. It seems to me that the owner is looking at polishing his product to be competitive, however he might be focusing on all the wrong elements. Clean and fresh are the most important things I look for in a dining experience, here I had neither.

I never miss this little place whenever I happen to be near UT Arlington. It is a small place with a clean environment, friendly waiting staff and there are no words to describe their food. I would just describe their food as fresh and healthy at the same time satisfying your palate to such an extent that you want to come back again. Their fresh juices, soups, salads are appetizing. Their Chicken Shwarama and Chicken Kabob are delicious. I wish they had opened 4 years back while I was a student at UT Arlington, I definitely would have been a regular at this place.

Had our order delivered by 1 of the delivery companies. Oh my goodness!! Everything was very good. We had the beef shish and chicken shish. Chagrilled perfectly and the portions are HUGE. The sides were fantastic and also huge portions. My husband has never liked tabouli or hummus- he was licking the last bits up. I just cant say enough about this wonderful surprise we came upon. Sauces great and bread also great. We will definitely become regulars here. Im a gourmet chef and I am very picky - I know good food when I eat it and this food is FABULOUS.

Great place best Mediterranean place i have visited. Although the place is not high class or expensive the salad is more fresh than some toffee nosed places I have visited. The gyros scrumptious and fries and made in house. so while i do not like fries, a visit here to eat fries and tabbouleh is my guilty pleasure. I would recommend some changes with the seats they are very uncomfortable. In their bid to indulge the customer with over stuffed chairs, they chose those which do not fit the tables

Not sure what I ate, but it tasted really good. The service isnt like an American restaurant where the keep checking on you. If you need something, you have to tell them. (I recommend sitting close to the register) Theyre really nice, and will be happy to get anything you might ask for. Prices are not McDonalds $1 menu, but shouldnt be over $10 for the entire meal. Definitely recommend it, and will definitely come again.

I discovered this place while attending UTA. The food is wonderful, and they have upgraded the interior some. Even my teenage daughters ask to go eat there, although the youngest refuses to eat lamb... just cant eat something so cute. I have never tried anything there that wasnt delicious. Their prices are reasonable, and the service is fine, although it can get rather busy in there sometimes.

Im not very familiar with this type of food, but I figured Id give it a try. I played it safe with a Gyro sandwich with lamb meat. I really liked it. I was surprised by how tasty it was. My complaint is that it really wasnt filling. I had to order a side of fries to add more substance. Prices are ok, but leaning towards high. Staff is pretty nice. I would come back.

AMAZING FOOD. I have eaten at Lebanese restaurants all over the country (although not in Lebanon unfortunately) and this place has some the best quality food with reasonable prices. The hummus is some of the best Ive ever had, and the lentil soup is amazingly tasty. The only downside is during busy hours the one server can be a bit overworked making service slow.

This is what you want and you dont even know it. Everything is fresh, the babagonoush, is just the best Ive had. The hummus is good and the pita warm and chewy. The falafal sandwich was amazing and my husband had the beef Sharma sandwich and he made happy noises; Im taking that as it was good. Overall, we will come back to this place because the food is amazing.

Looking for Mediterranean food? You have arrived! Portions are consistent with prices, with excellent Lunch Specials. They are a family owned and operated restaurant that takes great pride in everything they serve. After 11 years they are opening a second location in Irving called Kabob House. Give either place a try for authenticity alone!

Re-edit of my review; accidentally mentioned a buffet but that was only during Ramadan. Anyway, this place is nice. Its a bit smaller than other restaurants. They serve both Lebanese and Greek foods. I had their grilled chicken breasts with rice, and it was fantastic! Well seasoned and just the right amount of moisture. Very well done!

The best Mediterranean restaurant in University Area with a exotic cuisine to choose from and if you want to try all, then order "sampler plate". But if you are just one person and need something affordable choose "Lamb-Burger" to satisfy your hunger. Personal favorite - "Shawarma plate with Fries"

Amazing food, went for the iftar buffet. Totally worth the money. Mutton biryani was delicious. As also some brinjal with meat gravy. The chicken kebab was tender and juicy. I usually dont like sweets, but the baklava was yummy. I wanted to try the orange colored sweet but it was sadly over.

My whole family loves eating here, especially our kid. The hummus with chicken shawarma makes for a great appetizer or even a meal for one. The lamb with okra is unique and a must try. If you are a coffee fiend, try the Turkish coffee, but beware! It is not for the faint of heart.

I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and hummus. I was pretty disappointed. The chicken was all dark meat and tasted like it had be sitting out all day. The pita bread was probably sitting out with the chicken it was cold and hard as a rock. I dont recommend eating at this restaurant.

I dont understand how this restaurant has so many positive reviews. The gyros were like dead meat and shish kebab was really tough, my wife was struggling to cut through the meat....and the price is not cheap either as mentioned by others. Prince Lebanese grill is much superior.
