How hard is it to pour regular coffee? I hate coming here. Every time they have tons of employees who are standing around doing nothing. I use mobile ordering to save time and avoid mistakes. I come in to pick up an order when it is supposed to be ready and they havent even poured my plain coffee with nonfat milk. Then when I ask someone after saying excuse me several times, they finally pour it and decide to jazz it up with STEAMED milk, which I definitely didnt order. Then I am met with blank stares as I request that they make it correctly, the way I ordered it. Then that takes another several minutes to simply POUR regular coffee in a cup. The whole time the rest of the employees are standing around doing nothing except for maybe one girl. Dont waste your time here. Its worth driving an extra few miles to avoid it.

This isnt an overall rating. This just applies to the morning of 11/7/15. I arrived at the drive through at approximately 5:15 am waited for them to take my order, which never occurred. I then proceeded to drive to the window for someone inside to take my order, which never occurred. I could hear people inside but never saw anyone. I finally gave up after about 10min and left. Happy is not what I was with this experience. Thanks for wasting my time. I eventually had my order taken at the western center location.

Went through the drive through for a venti hot cocoa. When they handed it to me it felt really light. Like the cup was half full. I opened it up and it was just barely above half full. I asked them to add some milk to it. They did and handed it back. I got across the street to work and opened it again. It was still 1/3 of the way empty. I might as well have ordered a smaller size. Very disappointed because this seems to happen a lot there. Why am I paying for a venti and getting a tall.

I guess Ill never understand how they can mess up your order and then when you let them know its incorrect and even tell them exactly what the ingredients are on the Starbucks website, they remake it, after first rolling their eyes at you, and still get it wrong. I mean if the employees are going to give customers such an attitude maybe they should consider another line of work?? This location has rude employees who clearly dont care about their customers.

Nothing personal about this starschmucks but they all kinda suck with their burnt flavored coffee and mass produced over sweetened drinks. Oh not to mention overpriced especially after they re-did the rewards. Do yourself a favor and go check out Kindred coffee just a few blocks away to treat yourself to how a real coffee should taste. The difference in taste and quality is very apparent. At least the Wi-Fi is decent.

The barista was very polite and friendly and even sparked up a conversation with me while I was waiting on my coffee. Thats the first time I think that has ever happened while Ive visited a Starbucks, theyre usually so busy and speaking to one another rather than focusing on their customers, but this delightful young lady was very friendly.

I go to a lot of different Starbucks but this is one of my favorites because the employees are so over the top nice. They greet and remember customers and are always smiling. Its always clean and plenty of comfy seating. Only bad thing is the physical location can be hard to get into if youre driving south on Rufe Snow.

The ladys that work up there are so kind. Especially the drive thru. I feel bad for arriving 10 minutes before they close. Most people would be upset, but these ladys are always nice. Ive always had a plesent experience at this location, and would highly recommend this specific starbucks.

If you like paying out of the bum for subpar coffee, and enjoy long waits in line when there is only you and one other person in line, go here. If not, there are many other coffee joints that are cheaper, have better quality, and roast their origin coffee in-house such as kindred coffee

There is always a line and I know its a Starbucks so its busy it is poorly managed. The long lines are because orders arr made wrong the phone app orders get sent to drive thru and backs everything up. If it wasnt a convent place for our group to meet on Saturdays I would go there.

Coltenbebop or whateve your name is, youre an idiot. A mocha is a hot drink, the menu shows its offered as a cold drink via iced or frappacino, you have to specify if you want it a frappicino because it automatically comes hot. So next time use your words and learn to read

Its your typical Starbucks. The staff was nice, helpful, and friendly. It appears to be a popular place because when I went there, it was jammed packed. The free wifi has plenty of bandwidth. Other than the overpriced coffee and bottled water, I enjoyed my visit.

Always quick and courteous, and best of all my drink is always exactly how I am expecting it to be! Plus, they are terrific with my small dog. Just ask for "puppy-whip" at your next visit and they will give your dog a small cup of cool whip! My Sadie loves it!

Great service, friendly staff & fraps are good! Id give it 5 stars except for the fact that they stuck the order sticker on my new personal Starbucks cup instead of the post it style. Those stickers will peel off the decoration/logo!

Pretty empty for a Saturday... But, now I know why... Wrong order, bathroom messy, staff didnt appear to get along and my mocha frapachino tastes like a friggin chocolate slurppee! Wow... Disappointing.
