Very nice staff. I accidentally bumped a display knocking a few cups off, one cracked and the other dented. I brought them up to the counter to pay for my mistake and the manager seemed almost surprised that Id even come up there. She chuckled and told me not to worry about it and that I wasnt the first.

Just went through the drive thru and was ripped off, gave the girl a twenty dollar bill, all I got back was 3.12 cents. She forgot to give me my ten and as I was driving off, I heard someone say "your awesome. So watch your money, they steal.

I ordered a DIRTY chai frappe. I said DIRTY quite a few times. So, I have no clue why Mr. Andrew didnt ring up a DIRTY chai frappe. He better be new. It tasted fine. Lacked espresso though. So as far as a DIRTY chai frappe goes, it sucked.

One of the main guys who works the drive throu window at this location is absolutely fabulous! His "Radio Voice" is hilarious first thing in the AM. I strongly suggest stopping by its a great way to start day!

Not bad, but very hard to get into for parking and the staff is not the most friendly. Kind of like robots, no friendly type responses. Could use some type of improvement to customer interaction.
