I only gave 2 stars in this review because there are only 2 good things about this Starbucks store: I can order on my phone, and its 3 minutes from my house. Other than that, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been a Starbucks member since 2011 and I have never been to a slower coffee shop. Today I went into the store and ordered a Grande mocha. There was no one in front of me, and i counted 5 cars in the drive through. I sat there for 12 minutes before my drink was ready. This is not the first time I have had to wait this long. Once, I went through the drive through and sat at the ordering mic for 5 minutes and eventually had to drive up to the window to get service. Even then they saw me and ignored me for another 5 minutes. The staff are friendly enough, but on more than one occasion I asked for an item I know they carried and the employee said that it wasnt an item they had. I told them to go check with their manager and sure enough, they had it. When you dont know a thing about your merchandise, friendly doesnt cut it. This Starbucks seriously needs some training.

I have been standing here for now 16 mins waiting for two drinks. They are chit chatting and joking around. Which yes is good but if it slows down the pace its too much. As well the staff doesnt know the drink reviewed. The people in the drive tru are complaing. I get the detail but they are taking way too long. Stop at another one or bring your own from home. Now late for work!!! Cool.

I go to this Starbucks 2 or 3 times a week and its generally clean with good service and my drinks are always good. The only thing that bothers me is when large groups come in and take all the chairs from the tables, and I think that shouldnt be allowed. Its happened to me a few times and thats really the only thing that makes me want to go back home.

Absolutely the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is excellent, friendly and remembers the names of the customers. The manager there Cynthia, helps out her staff to keep the lines from getting long. To top it off, the store is always clean (and a clean bathrooms is a big plus since I study there all day and drink caffiene)!!

The woman in long black hair with red stripes sloppily did another ladys caramel macchiato there was no foam on top and she didnt even do the cross stitch caramel. Basically the caramel just fell to the bottom and the tip of the bottle wasnt small enough. I will be requesting someone who isnt her do my future drinks.

There shift Manger kyle is the worst customer service provider... he always busy never gives you his full attention or like act happy.. I dont think it was Bexcuse he had a bad day because thats like my home startbucks I go there alot.. I wish dont go

Efficient service, friendly workers, nice area to sit and relax. Easy to get to. Drive thru is around the back. The double-smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich is tasty on a flaky and airy croissant bun. Has become my new favorite.

Not crazy about the place since they redecorated. The seats are uncomfortable and smaller. Fewer comfy chairs that are narrower. A woman with a walker had trouble walking to the restroom because bistro tables were in the way

Great place to come and just get some work done. The chairs are a comfy wooden variety; the drinks are standard; there are accessible outlets in most wall seats.
