I put in my order which totaled $6.01 and took a penny out of the box that had change in it. The girl at the counter told me that was a tip jar. Really? You are complaining about one penny? People throw their change in there all day and I as a paying customer does not want to walk around with 99 cents in change. I stayed calm and got my $3.99 in change and dropped 4 pennies in her precious "tip jar". I then gave her a dollar bill and said, "when someone ask you for a penny, give it to them. Here are 100 pennies." One cent and that location has lost my business forever and will receive a phone call to her district manager. On a positive note, customer service gave me $10 on my rewards card. So it wasnt all bad.

My experience from 1 to 10 10 being outstanding one bad experience. My experience today was A10. Several of the Starbucks employees greeted me as I Came In by my name. The employees were very friendly very courteous and very knowledgeable. Its always a pleasure going there. I also like to note that during my visit they were very busy and to take the time to greet me and serve me is a testimony that exemplifies the standards of Starbucks.

Very good facility, but wrong people working in it...wait 15 minutes for a drink at first visit...5 minutes at the second drink with a service comes with an attitude...Also wait for my sandwich for 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes after realizing that they were missing something..well since it has 4 star rating, it loos like it is norm in this town!

Not a bad spot to come too for some quick coffee and other treats they may offer here. Quick service, drive thru doesnt get too packed. Always get my order in a timely manner without too much of a wait. The workers here are nice, kind, and polite. Calm, quite atmosphere. Cant complain about this place had a positive experience every time I come.

A solid Starbucks, in my opinion. Fresh coffee, friendly staff, a clean building -- hooray! A sunny patio, a good book, a wonderful lunch -- marvelous! I had no problems with this outfit, and would visit again. My thanks goes out to all associated with this business. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service.

Oh wow, where to start, this place is the best Starbucks Ive ever been to and let me tell you, Ive been to Starbucks all across the country! Consistently you get just what you ordered, and thats important I think everyone would agree at the price of those little extra treats can become expensive!!

Service and staff are ok typical Starbucks but outside seating is horrible tables and chairs are dirty and umbrellas are bolted so you have to move the table and 4 chairs and people when the sun moves only Starbucks Ive seen with bolted umbrellas for how much they charge they should do better

When every hipster and retard wants a coffee, they spill out of the drive-through and onto Central, backing up traffic horribly. Too many stupid people who cant figure out that they have other locations, cant go inside, and cant do without their $5 coffee.

I am extremely new to coffe. They gave me tastes of a few different kinds of coffe to try so I could see if I liked any of them. Ill go back to Starbucks because the people were good to me. They were patient, kind and unpretentious.
