The waiter was terrific, we would give him 5*. But the overall experience was lacking. Of course we didnt get there til 9:15pm and you closed at 10:00pm. But, we paid the same price as someone getting there at a peak time. Therefore, it should have been just as good. Our silverware was dirty, it had water spots or soap spots all over it. We had to dip it in our water glasses and wipe it off with a napkin. My husband had a Mojito and I had a Lotta Coloda. The side car was not a full shot, and the drink its self didnt taste as it had alcohol in it either. I used to manage a bar, and Ive bartended. the name of the drink means its a large Pinià Colada. I know that it is supposed to have Malibu Rum in it, and I know what it taste like. I tasted no Malibu Rum. Which brought me to think there was less than a shot, in the whole drink if any. I ordered a shot of Spiced Rum so that my drink would taste like what I thought I was buying. The drink was very expensive to have such little alcohol. I didnt order a Virgin drink. The scallops were the size of the top joint in my pinky, the clams were hard and over cooked, like maybe they were leftovers that were reheated. The butterfly shrimp was great and so was the flounder. But the overall experience did not leave me impressed. My husband wasnt impressed either. Would I recommend this restaurant to a friend? Not without telling them about our experience. Especially since it cost us $104.00 tip included, but it wasnt the waiters fault the food was not right, and the drinks were not right. But, he and another waiter were pulling out tables where customers were dinning, to clean and get ready for closing. Not happy with an expensive Aniversary dinner.

The hostess (Chelsea) and sever (Tamara) that we had were both great; they were both kind, very helpful, and smiled every time we spoke. I have no complaints about the customer service. On the other hand, when we sat down our table was dirty and the seats (booth) were dirty. Also, there was a subtle unpleasant smell in the air. The food was pretty good; I had Crab Linguini Alfredo. My only dislike was that the crab tasted a little fishy and it was kind of mushy, as if it might have been slightly over - cooked. But I could tell it wasnt "bad quality", so to speak. I did enjoy the meal though, especially the BISCUITS. I would definitely go again.

This place was really terrible. We went to celebrate a birthday. No happy Birthday song and no dessert, and this was a kids birthday. How cheap are restaurants now? They quit carrying cucumbers for salad so you get some big pieces of iceberg lettuce with the core making up more than half your lettuce then a red onion slice and a couple cherry tomatoes. No balsamic vinaigrette available. I ordered a drink that was overpriced and it was all ice and watered down. Then the waiter had the audacity to ask would you like another. Yeah if it was remotely tasty. My food was salty. OK, I think you get the point. Go spend your money at a better restaurant.

First time eating at Red Lobster Ive heard mixed reviews mostly about the portion sizes and quality of the food. I really like it. The portion size was way more than enough and the quality was very good. There wasnt one thing I ate tonight that I didnt like. I tried a bit of everything, shrimp cocktail, lobster, crab legs, coconut shrimp, shrimp linguini Alfredo ((y favorite), lobster mashed potatoes... everything was great. Oh and the seafood stuffed tilapia. Yum! The service was meh but it was pretty busy. Well definitely be back. Ill order smaller portions next time lol brought more than half of my food home!

I havent been to red lobster in a long time before coming here, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The biscuits (which I remember being amazing) were good, but not as flaky and fresh as I remember. I think they might have been a little old. I was prepared to order the king crab legs (the most expensive thing on the menu) but my arm was in a sling and the kitchen refused to cut the crab legs for me. So instead I ordered one of their pasta dishes (half the cost) and wasnt really impressed. Seems like sloppy management.

Daria and Robin are the BEST!!! They both went beyond anything to make sure I left as a happy customer. Im in retail and I know sometimes theres mistakes that happens in the kitchen and the servers are the last faces Customers see and whatever the issue is, you leave it on them but that didnt happen because I knew it wasnt their fault. However, they took care of it immediately. Make sure that when youre served by them to TIP GENEROUSLY. They work to satisfy their customers, youll have the best experience with these two!

My 3 year old son and I visit. When we walked in, a young lady, unenthusiastically handed me my buzzer and only replied with "yeah" to my "thank you." After an acurate wait time we were asked if we prefer booth or table, naturally we chose booth. Fortunately Ralph was our waiter. With stealth precision ,Ralph made plates levitate from the table. More than polite, he appeared "happy to have us." The food is what youd expect, relatively similar to the shape and moisture of the food represented in the menu.

Outstanding service, food, and experience. Ive only been to a Red Lobster once in my life (not a fish fan), but I went for a celebration for my husbands new job. From the door greeter, hostess, server, and management, everyone was very genuine and nice. Our food was tasty, fresh, and arrived quickly. We didnt have to wait for refills of our drinks (which happens at most restaurants these days). Other servers stopped to talk to us and greet us, it was a nice change of pace from what you get these days.

The service was better than the food, although the food was not terrible, but not excellent either, just OK. It could have been more flavorful because it was sort of bland. Adrian, (hope Im spelling his name correct) our server, was AWESOME!!! I would come back just because of him. He gave us excellent service and was very caring. Kept coming back to see if everything was alright and if it wasnt he made sure to fix the situation. Everyone was very friendly. Nice atmosphere.

This location may be a little dated since the last refresh but it is not bad and I definitely recommend it. This is the only reason I took a star off. The quality of food is consistently above average. The wait staff is excellent and knows how to be attentive without intruding into the dining experience. Our meal today included crab legs, swordfish, salmon and the ultimate feast. The bananas foster cheesecake was a really good finish to a great meal.
