I visited this Nopalito location and ordered the shredded chicken quesadillas a le carte after asking our waitress what all comes on the quesadilla. She said it was just chicken and cheese. The plate comes out with the quesadillas and sides of pico, sour cream, and guacamole. When our waitress came back to our table I politely let her know I was unaware it came with guacamole and that Im highly allergic and would need a new order. After giving me a dirty look she took the plate back to the kitchen. While I was waiting for my plate I noticed the waitress had her back turned to me talking to the lady at the cash register (who I was told was a manager). The manager had her eyes locked on me while the waitress was venting. She then left the register and brought my plate back. I noticed the plate hadnt been back in the kitchen long enough to cook up a new order so I inspected my quesadillas and noticed that the guacamole had simply been scraped off the plate and the quesadillas were still covered on the corners and underneath. The spot where the guacamole was has been strategically covered with more pico de gallo. Since our waitress wasnt anywhere to be found I politely stopped another waitress and let her know I had told our waitress I was highly allergic to guacamole and all she had done was take it off the plate and tried to hide it. She apologized and went and put in a new order. The manager at the register walked my new order out to me. Our waitress then returned to our table and asked snidely if my order was finally how I liked it. After we were finished eating I poked my head around a column to a totally new waitress and asked her who the manager was. She explained she was a manager as well as the lady at the register. I let her know the situation with the guacamole and she apologized and let me know she would discount my quesadillas on our ticket. As appreciative as a I was for that I only ordered a side quesadilla which amounted to $3. Ive worked in the restaurant business and if something like this were to have happened we wouldve gladly taken care of more of the ticket. I WILL NOT be returning to this location. The fact that I bluntly let her know I was highly allergic to guacamole and she just scraped it off my plate and brought it back out to me is highly upsetting considering I couldve spent my night in the hospital.

Nothing is good about this restaurant. Came here for breakfast due to all the wonderful Google reviews. The killer were the roaches crawling on the walls and floors. This is no where near authentic mexican food! Whomever thinks this has obviously never eaten authentic mexican food. The salsa is disgusting, the guacamole was the only decent thing. The coffee had a very bad taste, my son ordered the super taco-basically a taco. I had huevos rancheros-jist worth the wait or money at all. I wouldve rather gone to McDonalds. If you read a few comments down you will see a lady that said she saw a rat by the front door, I absolutely believe this. We saw the roaches at the end of our meal and had I seen this before we wouldve left. Disgusting!!!!!

This morning I wine and got 5 tacos. When we went to go eat them they were so greasy it was in bareable. I called to talk to the manager that didnt take my call. Then I was told Dora the manager would call me back. Never happened! When I called back I was told she was gone for the day and to try again tomorrow. First off the day I paid for my seri race and five tacos that were never eaten I expect a call persons form of knowledgment of my complaint. My money was wasted and feel that I needed to share this with everyone. As a business owner myself I would hate to see my manager not taking care of our customers!

My husband and I ate here for the first time. Its always packed so we figured the food is great. Have to admit that it was very good food. So good in fact I decided I would try the drive thru for breakfast tacos the other morning. I was the 3rd car in line so I was about a car length away from the front doors when I saw a rat running right in front of the front doors. Needless to say I turned around so fast. Totally ruined my appetite. I was telling a co worker about this and she said "oh you didn;t know? Ive been hearing rat stories about that place for over 10 yrs." NO thank you. Will NEVER eat there again.

Horrible service! Drive through is a joke! They choose who they want to help. Big older female in the front with the upside down Nike eyebrows is so rude. Always has an ugly attitude unless you are a man. She changes the prices on you even though the menu clearly says something else. Im completely done eating there after seeing the roaches crawling across the floor. Perfume/ purses and drinks on the counter with the food. They need customer service skills and to learn how to multi task and deal with issues instead of acting like there is no problem.

My family and I pulled into the drive through at 7:00 and there were no other customers. We ordered at 7:02 and sat at the window for 25 minutes. In all that time not a single employee came back and told us that wed be waiting a while, or even came to the window when we tapped to ask. On top of that, our order wasnt correctIf and we were missing a few tacos. At that point we were so done with waiting for our food that we just left. The food was cheap and ok quality, but the service was absolutely awful. We will not be returning.

The worst staff I have ever had to deal with, would not recommend this place to any one tried to to sell me a small cup of beans as a large then wanted to charge over 9.00 dollars for the next size. Second they where not that good. Save your money go some where else, this place just blowed. Sorry to say they have lost all heir home town feel and just do care. I will never eat their again, good luck to those of you that stop at this tourist trap.

First time eating here, didnt really enjoy the salsa. I went with the chorizo and egg with potatoes. Side of beans. The beans changed my life, Ive never had great refried beans until now. My friend bought four tacos, once is which was bean and cheese, he couldnt finish the last. I promptly devoured it. For sure coming back here. Oh and 5 of us ate plenty for about 40 bucks... Cheap prices. Delicious food.

Food was ok. Ordered the carnitas, the pork was dry. Ordered a margarita on the rocks, waitress told me it would be 5 minutes....why??? no bartenders on staff???? 25 minures later received my margarita and it was a blended margarita (hence now I understand the wait but NOT what I ordered) Maybe bext time it will be a better experience. Staff is friendly and the place is clean.
