After my daughter waiting 25 minutes on hold to order, she called back and was put on hold yet again. Finally we ordered online. W hen arriving there was only 3 tables so first there should have not been 25 plus minutes of hold time. When arriving home to eat, the fries were extremely soggy and there was absolutely NONE of the seasoning that wing stop is so famous for. Nevertheless, we put our own seasoning and began eating and drinking our drinks. After a few minutes we all felt disgusted with how soggy the fries and wings were but the drinks were great! I was so upset considering we go to wingstop several times a month and have never experienced this. So I called and to my surprise I got an answer. I spoke to the woman on the phone and told her how disappointed I was with our order. Not only did they not offer and apology they didnt offer anything. So I asked for a refund. The woman said if you want a refund then bring your entire order including your drinks and we will give you a refund. Umm, we drank our drinks, I fed my dogs the fries and I threw out the wings. I will never go to or order from this location again. They lack customer service and the quality of their food is disgusting. I am extremely mad at how they had a lack of concern for their poor customer service and quality of their food. Not caring about whether or not they made a customer who is not only a faithful returning customer but now an unhappy faithful customer, happy. All they had to do was make it right by refunding my money and they would have gotten another chance with my business, they blew it! I would be happy to speak to higher management about how our experience was but doubtful it would do any good. I will give my support to another establishment from now on!

Not good. We placed an order saturday august 21st some 7 hours previous to the time of pick up. Our order was confirmed through email and received by the location. When we picked the order up and paid, once we got home we realized part of our order was missing. So I called, and was placed repetitively on long holds waiting for "someone who handles this situation".... after 3 calls and 3 long holds later I gave up, it was getting late and we had company over for the ufc 202 fight, so I gave up. Called back Sunday and was given the same answer and long holds. This is ridiculous to do to customers who have paid for something and did not receive it. Obviously they do not care about their Google reviews because not 1 has been answered by the ownership. This is a terrible way to treat the people who keep your business open and horrible employees paid. I wont say good luck because Im sure this doesnt happen to everyone.... ya know, cause even the blind dog gets lucky on some days.. but, I wont be returning to the location, sad because football season is coming up and we usually put it pretty large orders on sundays. Oh well.

Ordered take out, showed up 10 minutes later and they told me my order was still cooking. I sat patiently for over 40 minutes and nobody said a word to me (I was the only one sitting there much of the time). I asked about the status and found out my order had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. The girl up front tried to lie and say it had only been there for 5 but the receipt attached showed over 30. They refused to recook the food and she said it wasnt her fault because she wasnt there when I walked in. I left upset and without dinner after wasting close to an hour of my time. This isnt the first time this location has screwed up or the food had been overcooked. Do not eat at this location, their service and food are terrible!

Best wings on the planet. Very noble and down to earth management. Even when on vacation. Im from Garland and ran into Rex while out of the country in Monterrey, Mexico. I was having trouble with my radiator belt on my Jeep and Rex (during his vacation time while abroad) got his hands dirty and even continued after cutting his finger to put the belt back on my jeep. With a leader like Rex Heckelman, and being one of the first customers when Wing Stop first openned in 90s at Northwest Hwy and Saturn, I can tell you: Here, there, everywhere, WingStop has the best wings Ive ever tasted. These are some awesome wings cooked to order. If you can order ahead you will save yourself sometime because it takes about 15-20 minutes for the fresh cooked wings. Parmesan cheese and garlic is my go to flavor but the lemon pepper is very good as well. My wife like the spicy stuff, so she loves to get their atomic flavor for a nice kick. The ranch dressing is very good but the blue cheese is a bit lacking. This place is my only choice when I want to grub down on some wings. The fries are very good fresh but are no good as leftovers so eat em while they are hot.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to call corporate to get a refund after speaking to the manager who had already promissed me a credit. Theyd gotten my order messed up and even after i said i was alergic to the hot sauce they still mixed hot sauce with my wings. We live 5 min from this location and wont ever be returning bc the "manager" judy says she cant do anything about customer problems and puts customers on hold for 15 minutes saying shes going to look up your account but really just taking other orders. Dont expect a good experience from this location!

Eek is right! The rowlett wingstop has poor sanitary practice. It lets the chicken fall on the countertop and they scoop it up and put it with your order. I complained to corporate but since the location is a franchise, they cant do anything about it. The owner said its a common practice to pick the wings up on the counter and fill the orders even when objects like paper bags, styrofoam containers, etc. are laid there leaving the counters with pathogens. Watch them next time fill your orders.

The service, food, and prices were disappointing. This was my first time at this franchise and wasnt sure what to order. I was faced with impatience from the staff. I was charged for another cup for my kids water so she could have one with a lid. You will be charged for an extra cup for dip. The staff was rude at every interaction. The boneless wings are overpriced, chicken tenders that were too crispy.

Ordered 30 pack. Asked for chicken well done. And fries regular. When I got there I asked the manager if fries were cooked regular. He looked right at me and lied. On top of that the gave my Cajun wings when I said lousina dry rub. They cant get anything right. Good food. Worst employees ever Sad to say Ill never go back. 3 time they screwed up my order and froched my fries. Im out.
