I have ordered drinks and a small tot before and after ten minutes, never received the order. This location typically has notoriously slow service. Recently received an order wrong after having what Id consider an extensive conversation with the person taking my order regarding the specifics. Apparently, ownership has recently changed and lots of things will be changing, but Im not interested in giving this location chances anymore.

This is hands down the worst service from any fast food place. I just had to flag down a car hop to place my order. The lady that was supposed to be take orders was eating and paying no attention. This happens steady 50 percent of the time I come here. For years. How does this happen every time. I am sitting here watching people drive off because nobody is taking their order. Ridiculous!

I will never spend another dime here. I dont think I have ever received a correct order here and I am done being ripped off. The attitudes of most the employees I have dealt with have been terrible as well.
