They pay minimum wage, a 25 cent raise is like pulling teeth, they refuse to give full time, their business model is soo greed based the business and product is suffering. Area managers are grossly overpaid and loyal customers are ignored. Assuming the C.E.O. is technologically challenged and takes business tips from a cereal box. I give it about two to three years before Cicis is either bankrupt or soo cheap the food causes cancer like McDonalds. Budget cuts have already slammed many restaurants in a way that detours customers. The higher ups have zero restaurant experience providing the cheapest tools and ingredients causing product quality to decline and the restaurants to look run down. Most of all, expect employees to work as much as they are paid. Minimum wage means you are scraping the bottom of the barrel as far as people with work ethic go. People work harder with better pay because they can afford to be healthy and healthy people have more energy. The no brainer moves to exponentially grow this business will never happen until the top of the totem pole is cleansed and focus on restaurant quality happens. Until then deperate greed based decisions will be killing this once glorious business.

Went to the Lebanon location in Tennessee and would not sell me a pizza due to the fact I had only 100 dollar bill on me and was extremely rude and asked me to leave. Ill never go back. I usually go there twice a week. They could at least post a sign or something. From a business aspect, I feel you should be prepared to accept cash in all forms. Must say this the the first time i took time out of my day to make a complaint to any business whatsoever my entire life. It was embarrassing waiting in line then getting turned away with a room full of customers

Went to Cicis @ Forest Hill Location off I 20 with a Lunch date on 9/15 at 1 pm. Upon arriving we were informed that they only serve Pepperoni, Pepperoni / Jalapeno & Spinach Pizza on Buffet and Pasta would be out in half an hour. It was over an Hour for Pasta. There was also no soup. When I complained to Manager, he said Pasta and Soup dont come with the Buffet and there are NO REFUNDS. Ive been coming to this Cicis for 10 + years, But I WON"T BE BACK. Wasnt worth rating. You cant even complain to anyone, they wont answer complaints.

Im from Hialeah, FL I took my 9 year old son to cicis for dinner on Wednesday. My son was throwing up at 2 in the morning. He got food poisoning....I will never ever as long as I live will take my son back to this place.
