I was just accused of tampering with a punch card by two employees. I haven’t visited Undergrounds in months and had no idea that they were no longer using the same hole puncher as the last times I went by. Why on earth would I pay attention to something like that? I would assume that there would be a consistent way for the employees to account for the reward card, but instead I am accused of tampering with it. The card wasn’t even full yet! If I were someone trying to get a free drink, I would have punched all the rest of the holes for the free one, not purchase the drink that I did today. This was an embarrassing experience and I will not be returning.

Red bull drinks are my favorite, I dont drink coffee to much but the breve bomb is delicious, and a fast drink that reminds of a shooter at the bar. Jessica is my favorite she seems to surprise and impress me with her drink choices for me. If it wasnt for hard great customer service I probably wouldnt go out my way to come here. I hope her bosses realize her hard work and loyalty to the brand. All in all I would rather support a place like this then a chain like starbucks.

Every time I go in they greet me with such excitement even if they did wake up at 4am just to prep everything so I can enjoy my morning coffee. PS theyre the only place around Lubbock that I know of that uses organic coffee beans. Aka not cheap coffee. 10/10 with service and drinks. Just wish they has small board games or a couch with a coffee table idk anything to make it more comfortable inside.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN STARBUCKS. I see a couple of people complaining, first you might have had a little longer wait time because they have so much business. Second if there was a problem with your coffee let the girls know what was wrong. They will redo it for you. (I had it happen once, they had a new capachino machine they where getting used to).

The atmosphere is really awful, with a TV playing like youre in a waiting room for a doctor. The staff didnt seem to know how to talk to customers or know what they were doing, and didnt seem to be dressed appropriately to work in food service. I had a coffee and it was truck stop coffee at best. The pastries we had were also not good.

They jipped all 3 of us at lunch. They didnt put the cheese on the 2 sandwiches. Then, they forgot one of the chips. Then, I got the stuffed avocado, and the avocado was disgusting. It was all brown. They just put the chicken salad on top, like I was just going to eat it and not notice. Gross!

This place is not for coffee lovers. They only have one kind of coffee and it tastes like gas station coffee or worse. You can add flavoring, but its just a syrup that they squirt in there. Food is ok but they microwave it. Come here if you "like your cream and sugar with a touch of coffee."

If you enjoy sweet coffees, this is the place for you. They have an excellent selection of coffee beverages and pastries and food. If youre looking for a sophisticated coffee experience, this is probably not the place youre looking for.

Great prices on good drink combos. This place is not the best for studying though- the typical patrons are older and talk really loud. Overall, a good spot for grab-n-go, just not somewhere Id post up for more than 20 minutes.
