The food is terrible. The delivery drivers are horrible. I used a new app to place my order and didnt do the tip correctly. So when they delivered the food, I signed and he asked no tip? I said there should be $5 on there. He proceeded to step in my doorway and tell mw there was no tip and that I needed to add it. After feeling extremely uncomfortable, I wrote what he wanted so he would leave. I immediately called the store, telling them the situation and that I didnt want to authorize the tip for what he did. The next day, there was a hit in my bank account for the tip I told her not authorize. I have had issues with this particular delivery guy before. I called them today, asking why she authorized it when I asked her not too, and she could absolutely care less. I then prompted I wanted a refund for the whole exchange and that I was no longer going to do business with them again. She said wouldnt refund the food because I needed to bring the food for a refund. I proceeded to tell her it was in the trash because it was all bad and she just kept repeating that basically no food, no refund. So after 20 minutes of going no where i just simply asked for the tip refund of the 5 dollars. She said okay. Not even 2 hours later, i check my bank app to see if it has been reversed....they took ANOTHER $5 out. This place is a joke, the food is meh, and the staff is pathetic. Please do not purchase from them.

I live 3 miles from this place. On a basic Monday night.... I waited a full Hour after I ordered my food to call and ask where it was. They assured me it was on the way... fine. 20 minutes later... it still isnt here. The delivery guy calls and asks where I am, which I give explicit directions too. 20 minutes after, I call The Delivery Guy and ask where he is. If you were lost why couldnt you just call??? Now, I have nearly waited 2hrs for food that is cold and not even that great. The fact that I wasted $35 on this and still tipped the guy $7 because I get it - GPS blows sometimes.... there is NO reason it should have taken that long for mediocre at best food. Im a really understanding person. .. but if I knew it was going to take 2 hours to get delivery from a place 3 miles away, I would have gone with my gut and ordered dominos - also 3 miles away who would have delivered in 15 or less.

Even after reading the bad reviews I was intrigued that the menu was a bit different than a lot of Chinese food in the neighborhood. Eggplant, tofu, Spicy shimpw with ginger sauce an lo mein is what I ordered. I was told the order would be here in 45 minutes, actual an hour and 10 minutes. I wouldnt have cared if the food was good but egg plant unrecognizable, shrimp cooked in ketchup not spicey no ginger, tofu ice cold,lo mein was linguine. Everything in heavy thick sauce. Why do it if there is no effort? This is far from Chinese or even American Chinese. Sorry not good. 40 bucks gone.

The sign in the window says "Fine Dining" and it is certainly not. I used to live in apartments across Main St and visited often enough that the woman owner/manager became familiar with my regular order. She is very nice and has walked my to go order out to my car several times as I waited. The food was inconsistent and a little bland. WonTon soup broth had a weird odor I couldnt determine. Tasty enough and good for a cold, but the odor was strange. Overall, decent pricing for portion. But some days it was great.... And others I felt disappointed

I just ordered take out from this place. It was the first time Ive eaten from here, and it will be the last time. The majority of my order was literally inedible. The spare ribs were dry, chewy, and so tough I couldnt even tear them apart with my teeth. The meat dumplings were bland and full of water. And like a previous reviewer, the chicken in my order was raw, which makes their food not just bad, but dangerous. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have eaten at this restaurant about once a week for the past 3 years and have always had great experiences by eating in, take out or delivery. I travel a lot and eat out a lot due to that and this restaurant is great. The dining room is run down but good food is good food. I was surprised to read the other negative reviews. If you had a bad experience, I say try them again and see what you think.

My wife ordered Sesame Chicken, I ordered General Tsos. The only difference between the two was hers had sesame seeds sprinkled on it. Tasted like it was fried in burnt oil, and the rice was flavorless. Eggrolls werent fully cooked. Both of us were puking within three hours of eating what we could choke down. Food also took almost an hour and a half to get delivered after my wife ordered it.

Food was on time. Rice had almost a fishy taste and all four people I was feeding said it was the worst Chinese food ever. We had fried rice, egg rolls vege and beef, orange chicken, and sesame chicken. My teenage son and friends couldnt eat it either.... that says alot! About to toss the food and run quickly to pick up food to feed my guests. Very disappointed :-(

The food was horrible. I started getting the sweats and feeling sick after only a few bites which escalated to me feel really sick. I told the lady I wouldnt be paying for the meal, especially since it made me sick and I hadnt eaten it and she argued with me that I should still have to pay. (I didnt) Not coming back.

The free egg rolls were stale, and the rice was awful. Rice is stale and burnt tasting. Im Asian and I know how rice is SUPPOSED to taste. Peanut shrimp was the only thing saving the meal. Trust me, dont ever go. Theres a reason why we were the only ones in the restaurant on a Friday evening.

The food was good, not great. I had the sesame shrimp and vegetable low mein. I thought the low mein was rather bland and something I could have made at home. I am unsure if I will order from here again. The delivery took 1 hour which was fine and the delivery guy was very polite.

This is my favorite Chinese resturant in the whole area. My whole family always orders from Harvest Chinese. I personally prefer the beef fried rice with some soy sauce. Its the prefect meal. They have the best egg rolls I have ever had. Defiantly order here.

Incredibly Nasty! It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our order. Ridiculous! The General Chow chicken was overcooked, and the sauce was burnt. It was disgusting! The Sesame chicken was overcooked and literally made me sick. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE! !

The food was not good at all. It arrived late. It was cold, overcooked and salty. The fried rice had no veggies. The lo mein noodles appeared to be several days old. I will not order food from this place again. I shouldve read the reviews first.
