Employees are nice enough though on the lower end of the service plane from my experiences at other Cicis. The average service took a turn for the no thanks when after pounding a couple plates full, a hoard of three dead flies fell out of the crust of one piece. There were two more baked into the crust. I am not naïve enough to think that certain problems are 100% possible to avoid in the restaraunt business but I have no desire to eat bugs when I pay for cheap quick food stamps level pizza. If that was my prerogative then I would go hang out with Bear Grylls for a day. The girl at the register was ALMOST cute enough to justify going back and eating bugs just to see, but I havent fully committed to that decision yet.

This is my go to place when I dont feel like cooking. If you can think of a pizza and they have the ingredients, they will make it. Pizza is made constantly so there is always pizza. The dessert is awesome. They have the most delicious cinnamon rolls Ive ever tasted in my life. They also have a salad bar and a noodle bar. There is a small arcade in the establishment as well. When we arrived, the there silverware was not stocked and neither were straws. We asked and they were quickly replenished. The manager was nice and checked to make sure everything was okay. All in all, great place. You get a bargain for what you pay.

I was told from friends that Cicis Pizza was crap and I shouldnt go there. But the problem with such suggestions is, that I prefer to find out on my own what to do or desist. So I went to Cicis Pizza in Lewisville, West Main Street. The place is nothing special and looks a bit cheap. But I was really surprised about their food. They have a wide range of pizza, way much more than Pizza Hut, where I used to go. The salad was fresh. And the desserts were good as well. So, I cant really see how Cicis Pizza deserves such a bad reputation.

worst location ever lol and thats saying a lot for a chain like this. came in an hour before closing and didnt get greeted. stood there for a while while the workers stared at us blankly, no pasta or pizza at the buffet. just salad hahahaha. what the heck. so the manager finally comes running from the back to ask us what we need and we asked what time they closed and she told us in an hour and then stared at us like the others hahaha of all of the poopy pizza chains, this one took the grand poo prize.

While this is a typical cicis. There are mainly teenager working the place.. The food process ran smoothly, but the dining area was not clean and needed lots of attention. Drink station look like no one has cleaned it in years. Bacterial playground. On top of all this, they didnt even have on the heater, smack right in the middle of winter. Come guys treat your customers with a little dignity and respect. save your time and money and pass this one.

Cicis Pizza use to be the place to hang out and use to be a family place to eat out on a Friday night. Now I think its just kind of gone down hill. Its not what it use to be. The pizza was good and the customer service was ok.

Service is always good there, food is okay- the kids love it!! I wish they had pizza by the slice though- I cant eat enough to make it worth it for me. Drinks are too high. Definitely not a cheap lunch outing for a family.

Been going here since I was a kid. Not much has changed. The cheese sticks are still my favorite and theyve got new games and cable TV with cartoons. Oh, and they remodeled the bathrooms which is nice.

Noisy kids running around, unattended, touching everything. Pizza was ok but way too much crust. The olive salad smelled rancid and thats all I could smell the whole time. Probably wont return.

I dont know the managers name but he is really nice. He is a tall blonde guy and he remembered my name everytime he saw me and called me by name as I left. Made me feel really welcome. Thanks!

Had a stack of pizza with a large choice of variety...there was not a warm slice on the plate. Some actually tasted colder than room temperature. Not a good eating experience.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Took 25 minutes to make cinnamon rolls on a take out order. Then the manager walks by looks at my cinnamon rolls and says is that hers..... Im right here.
