I was behind a customer who was upset for whatever reason and returned 4 Pizzas and managment placed the pizzas on the table where you can clearly see from the drive thru window. Tell me why the girl taking my order makes 1 pizza fresh and then gives me a box of pizza "one that the prior client had retuned" and gives them to me. I asked the girl if she had given me a freshly made pizza and not one of the returned pizza and too my face says yes..... When We clearly seen her get one freshly made pizza and cut it and then grab the other box puts them together.... Wow this place was our place to go for good pizza and great customer service but after tonight we will not be going again. BTW one pizza was hot and one was cold.... Thanks Pizza King for your honesty and Fantastic Customer Service (yes me in my sarcastic voice).

My family loves their pizza. This is the only pizza restaurant we order from anymore. Its not greasy or super saucy. And the thin crust is delicious. Great customer service!! We order from here numerous times thru ought the month. I SERIOUSLY recommend trying them. Delicious pizza for a fair price. My favorite is the "Kitchen Sink Pizza" ( i believe thats what its called), comes with everything!!

Decided to try it out for the first time this weekend. The kitchen looked clean and the person working the front was very polite. The pizzas were a great price. The crust was just right and the cheese and sauce tasted great. We will definitely go back. Highly recommend. Support this small business!

This is new York style pizza without the new York prices. The pizza is very thin leaving most of the flavor in the sauce and the cheese instead. My only complaint is the wait time inside and in the drive thru, but this can be solved if you order through phone first

I dont even where to start in this place, the person with blonde hair (I think I recall his name was misal) was very generous, pizza was prepared to greatness, and the customer service was exquisite. Very satisfied with everything, thank you Pizza King!!!!!

Good food with bad service and even worse management. Just one example: they are constantly out of ingredients for items listed on their menu. Dont reward this kind of mismanagement. Call Pizza Hut instead. At least they deliver.

The pizza was not a new one, I got 2 pizzas from here and one of them was already made before I got there only one was fresh the 2nd pizza that was already made was hard to bit and nasty. The one that was fresh was ok I guess

The two gentlemen in the front that worked on 9.12.16 @2:14pm. Best customer service Ive ever received at any food place. Best pizza in Irving. I would definitely recommend to anyone passing through irving.

Didnt know much about this place until a friend took me but has a decent pizza for a decent price 5 dollars for a large not to shabby, its a corner shop dont miss it. Id give it a try if you are in irving!

Good pizza.. $5 for a pepperoni or cheese. Has a drive-thru and can order when you get there or call-ahead. One of those places you could miss unless youre looking, though.
