update: the owner when above and beyond to remedy the situation. I will start with the good, the server was there by herself on a Thursday during lunch service and with all of that against her she did WONDERFUL if I could give just her a 5 star I would! The food was good, there was a bit too much cheese in my salad and not enough on my pizza but over all I would for sure eat it again. The whole purpose of my trip was to talk to the manager about catering. I work at my home church around the corner and we like to speak with all of the restaurants and build a rapport with them so that we can help each other out. now yes, I understand I went to talk to them about catering on a bad day during lunch service and that was a bad time I take complete responsibility for that. It was a group of women from bible study and we wanted to get a specific event covered for this weekend for 100 people so we wanted to get quick answers. We asked to speak with the manager who I later found out grabbed menus in front of us when we walked in and did not acknowledge us. (interaction 1) We were seated and our waitress told us that the manager would be over to speak with us three different times (interaction 2) she never came to speak with us instead she instructed our already spread too thin waitress to relay that, she was much to busy and would need us to email her or come back another time to speak with her (interaction 3). Again I understand that but why could she not tell us that herself we saw her speaking to other customers and she even spoke to a table right next to ours AFTER we were told to come back or email her and did not even look in our direction. She actually spoke to the table next to us with her back to us... (interaction 4). As we were leaving we walked past her again while she was speaking to another table and again turned her back to us (interaction 5). Look, again I understand it was a bad time but she should have done a table touch and said herself call me but she didnt and she lost business because it was extremely disrespectful. . Now if only one of these things had happened it would not have been a big deal but all of it rolled together and the fact that she seemingly table touched all of the other tables EXCEPT for our is a pretty big slap in the face.

My husband and I dined at your Lewisville, TX location last night, 3-27-17 to celebrate an important anniversary. A very sweet young lady named Shelby served us. She was so warm and personable. We enjoyed talking with her during our visit. The food was very good, very different than any pizza we have ever tried before. I really enjoyed your tomato sauce/marinara so much that next time we come your lasagna will be on my plate! We enjoyed the looks of your building - inside and out. So vintage feeling, but new and fresh at same time. We will definitely be back and hopefully Shelby will be working and assigned to our table again. Its so nice to have a great experience with a restaurant like we did last night with both food and service. After we got home, we kept mentioning what a nice time we had. Welcome to Lewisville - were glad to have you!

The Irving location tastes better for some reason although I do like this this place has servers rather than the counter service in Irving. Its also much bigger than Irving and they have a nice size patio. However, sitting on the patio means hit or miss if the server remembers you exist. She eventually came out to take my order... I got my foot from a runner and still havent seen my server so I can get a box and the check. There have been 2 other servers out on the patio checking on their customers and even they havent acknowledged that Im just sitting and waiting for someone.

This place is not worth it. I went at lunch with my wife and we sat there for 20 minutes before we had to go and find a waiter to take our order. The waiter proceed to act like we were a major inconvenience the rest of the time we were there. Once we got the food my wifes order was wrong and mine was badly burnt on the bottom. I get that it is Neapolitan pizza and there will be some char but mine was black on the bottom. This place had such promise but poorly managed wait staff and lackluster quality control means i will not be going back.

I love Neapolitan pizza and this is the newest location in the Cavalli franchise. It is much larger and more inviting than the Irving location and less pretentious than the McKinney location. Outdoor covered seating available with decent views of the Lewisville Old Town square. Service was a bit slow, but the place was crowded and it is still new so they are ironing out kinks Im sure. Recommendation: the margherita pizza. The original...it doesnt get any better than that.

Absolutely fabulous new effort by the Cavalli gang. The Irving location had terrific food but was only limited in its size and order-at-the-counter structure. With this new location, these guys finally seem to have put together the restaurant of their dreams. Similar to the McKinney location, the place is full service with an open bar and an even bigger menu. Pizza is extraordinary, so dont make the mistake of ordering too much focaccia beforehand.

Lunch was very good. Nice atmosphere in an open, high ceiling room. Service was friendly, prompt and professional. Lunch specials were unique. I had the meatball pannini; Linda had the chicken pesto. $21.95 with a beverage. House salad was tasty with real parmesan cheese. Croutons were soft and sweet, made from Hawaiian rolls. Restaurant was very busy and understaffed. The service did not suffer for it. Go. Its good. [Kent Moore]

Pizza was soggy and tasted off, service was meh order a beer after the waitress went on on about the selection then had to wait 20 min for said beer cause they hadnt change the keg. The mozzarella bites appetizer was horrible... Sonic has better mozzarella sticks. Way over priced for the taste of the pizza and the app. Save yourself some money and time and skip this place if your in the Lewisville area.

I have visited this location twice after frequenting the Irving restaurant in the past and I must say I really love it! I have had their margherita, pesto chicken, and "The Dallas" pizzas and have enjoyed them all. In addition, their wine bar is GIGANTIC (see photo) and they have a ton of great wines on tap. Im looking forward to sitting out on their covered patio now that the weather is nice!

Avoid this location while management figures out the service kinks. The Irving location although offers a different experience you would probably have a higher probability of actually eating. I went Friday night at around 7 pm, waited 10 minutes for a table, sat down with my invisible suit on for another 20, until I got up and left thirsty, hungry and went to Twisted Root. Disappointing.

Great Pizza and salad! We had the Caesar and The McKinney Pizza! Loved the patio. The only downside would be the music choice playing over the speakers! It was a bit too head banging pop rock. I would suggest to tone that down a little to either Texas music or Italian artists, it would improve the atmosphere. Other than that great place and good food!
