Out of the numerous times that I have visited this location since 2011, this was the WORST experience that I had due to extremely poor customer service! 1. Sandra B was the assigned server to the table and when it was time to order, she was no where to be found. Another server was called on to locate the waitress. She finally appeared after 10 minutes. 2. Sandra B was not only loud, she was very rude. The order was incorrect and when this was explained to her, she began to argue, "clapped back", and clinched her teeth as if she was planning to set the "record straight" but with abominable hesitation. She did not seek to understand. Due to this unprofessional behavior, she was firmly told to walk away. 3. Next, William Fowler, On-site Supervisor, approached the table without request. He proceeded to inquire about the details surrounding the incident with Sandra B as she went and told him about the matter before I could. Nevertheless, an explanation of the incident was given but no TRUE resolution to the situation was offered. Rather, he provided an unacceptable, inexcusable, and an unapologetic cover for her like: "There are only two servers", "we are very busy in the restaurant today", "customers are pulling at her." "Ill talk to her." Sandra B came back to the table and quickly dropped off the receipt with no apology or regard for the inconvenience. 4. William Fowlers unprofessionalism heightened via a heated argument with my guest at the checkout counter. The bill was incorrect and he too argued rather than listening to understand. He was informed the issue will be further escalated for resolution with this incident. Staffing issues, high volumes, and a dollar and fifty cents discount do not cure extremely poor/poor customer service. The experience was truly disappointing as customers should not be mistreated by onsite management and staff.

Very poor service and the food quality was lacking. My daughter was given a dirty high chair, which our waitress watched us sit and clean ourselves. My daughters food was dropped on the floor as it was served. There was lack of communication between our waitress and the cook, resulting in my wifes food not being prepared. Then after a long wait, my wife finally received her food and our waitress proceeded to place blame on the cook (something I felt to be unnecessary). Then, after we paid and began to drive off, our waitress chased after our car saying that we were rung up incorrectly and needed to pay more money. This time, instead of "blaming the cook," she finally admitted that she was in training (which Im not entirely sure was true) and apologized profusely. Needless to say, a tip was not given.

Gave name to hostess she advised a 5 min wait there were several guests waiting but we were a party of 2 so I assumed they were wanting larger tables 15 minutes later I ask the hostess about how much longer did she think the wait would be, our name had been crossed out and we were skipped, she claimed she called for us but as we were sitting about 2 feet from her podium I contested her on it, and asked how long the wait would be now, she said 25 min I said fine go ahead we will wait, she wrote my name down and escorted another table, a waiter came to the podium looked down the list, and crossed a least three names out then walked off, she came back and I asked her about it while looking at the list she apologized and offered too put me back on, but we decided that it was time to go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE service and horrible food!! My boyfriend and I went sunday morning, waited about 20 min to get a table, finally got a table and waited another 15 min for someone just to come and take our drink order. The guy cleaning the tables got us or drinks.The waitress finally comes to our table and said she didnt realize that our table was in her section???? Not only was the food cold and not good, both myself and my boyfriend got extremely sick with food posion! Never again!! We will definitely go out of our way next time to go to a Cracker Barrel!!

My wife and I came here after a meeting for breakfast, around 10.30am. The place wasnt full so we enjoyed a great quiet breakfast with great attention by our waiter. The coffee was great, the food was great and average wait time. I was surprised to see the inside so clean and efficient because I expected this place to be uglier that the IHOP on DeZavala, but to my surprise, this IHOP was a better experience that the other IHOPs Ive been to (DeZavala/281). I dunno about wait times during rush hour, but at 10.30am, our breakfast was great!

Worst f.k place ever.....1st I check in they told me waiting time was 35 minutes....we waited 40...I go I check to see how much more I gotta wait....and they told me my name is not on the list....2nd we are taken to our table 15 we had to wait for our waitress....3rd 35 f.k minutes for our food to be serve....and last I was supposed to get 3 pancakes with my order and im waiting for them....they did not bring em until we where almost done......im never coming to this place....

Good food, server was real cool and really worked for the tip (all 10 of it) Food could be a little better (emphasis on little) but eh maybe its just me. Apart from my server this time everyone else seemed detached from thw enviroment, almost like they just didnt wanna be there (but i get that its work.) time before this i went and the service from the girl server i had was so bad i tipped her 25 cents and some salt to compliment her salty attitude. Seemed better this time.

We came into town for Air Force business and figured this IHOP would be like ours at home ......WRONG! This place was awful..DONT EAT HERE! The place was empty and the service was still bad...slow and incorrect. The food finally arrived and it was either wrong or overcooked. The manager didnt give a crap either. Bad place all around. do yourself a favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

The food and the service were not good. The big steak omelet was not up to the standards that I have known as ihop quality. What was shown in the picture was not close to what we got. If we are paying for something when it was 8 dollars and it was better. Now it is 10 and and the quality is worse. If that is the way ihop is going i will no longer come to any of your restaurants.

Place was dead. I like that though. Felt a little rushed to order. Waitress gave honest opinion on food my son ordered. Love her. Said cooks couldnt make it the right way. He changed it and all was good. I ordered crepes with strawberries and cream cheese. WOW! Cooks made that the right way! It was a pretty good experience. Food was great. Everyone was real nice. Place was clean.

Service was really good, nice, and with a pleasant atmosphere despite what I read in the other reviews. We were greeted right away with a smile. They accommodated us quickly with my new baby and our needs. I was pleased this Saturday morning. Not sure why others had a different experience. My family of five enjoyed our breakfast and their customer service.
