Grape Juice is one of the finest dining/drinking establishments in Kerrville. This location adds true life and culture to the downtown area. The building its self is a charming combination of old and new with exposed brick showcasing the buildings historic value and trendy new furnishings. A different local artist is showcased every month on the walls. The environment is always laid back. You could sit at a table, or gather with friends on the couches in the lounge area. When the weathers nice, the backdoor patio is a lovely place to sit, as well. Children are welcome. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the owners are passionate and hands-on. Foodies, rejoice! You can expect an eclectic menu with upscale twists on standard favorites all prepared with fresh ingredients. The beer and wine selection consist of many fantastic craft brews and top-notch wines. You could spend as little as about $6 on a good-sized glass of wine or go for something more pricey. If you find a craft beer you love, you could fill up a growler to take home.

There are not enough stars to communicate how special this place is. First I will talk about the atmosphere when you first walk in, unassuming and quaint aesthetics as you are greeted by the staff. Dont come to this place just expecting to just eat dinner or drink wine or beer. Allow them to give you the experience. Shaun our waiter/host/amazingly talented human is friendly engaging and knowledgeable. He was attentive and tended to our every need. Not only did we talk about the beers and the wine he talked to us about the history behind some of the menu items and the restaurant itself. We were absolutely floored at the quality of the food and beverages which honestly have to keep up with the amazing attention to customer care. If you dont come here you are missing out on something extremely special. Could keep typing but I have more food to eat!

Our waiter, Shaun, was fantastic and gave great recommendations and even better service. The food was phenomenal and I have found my new favorite restaurant. I ordered the Brussel sprouts for appetizer and I loved it. Im not even a fan of brussel sprouts. The venison sliders were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The beer on tap was awesome and local. The same as the art. I loved the art on the walls so much, and I was even able to purchase 2 pieces to take home.

A true Texas Hill Country gem. I was driving by on the I-10 and pulled into Kerrville for something to eat. Amazing wine bar, top notch sommelier on staff (maybe the owner?), really excellent food, and a cozy and whimsical interior. And the second time I went it was St. Patricks Day and totally packed! All the locals flock there. Still, they managed to accommodate us without reservations or time to wait!

This is such a great find. Hubby and I decided to come out after a recommendation from a bartender in Kerrville. The ambiance is so cozy, the food is outstanding. They use local Quail, Venison and Cabrito. The food was cooked superbly, the flavor combinations made this a true culinary experience. Everything is made in house. The beer and wine collection is very impressive. Surely, a sommeliers delight.

Everything is so delicious! We loved the shrimp flatbread, lamb steaks, and quail lettuce wraps. The quail sauce relied a little to much on shrirracha for my taste, but still the quail was so tender. The flourless chocolate cake should not be shared. I dont generally like raspberries, but the raspberry whipped cream was delightful. And the Black Magic wine by Cline had me looking up where to buy it.

This was truly a fantastic find. Everything about this dinner was truly a culinary experience. Shawn the manager was fantastic with his service and descriptions of the fare. Every course could not have been better. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone who appreciates eclectic, yet perfectly prepared food along with fun yet romantic ambiance and a fantastic wine selection.

Wow. This comfy joint is a dining and drinking oasis in beautiful small town Texas. Super eclectic, Texas centric, generous wine selection, 35+ craft beers (growlers available!) anchored by a compact, tasty and equally Texas eclectic menu. We eat here every year when we drop in for family reunion and just keeps getting better. Small joint, but plenty of deck seating...love this place.

Pretty darn good little place. Got the Duck breast special, wonderfully well done. Another got the steak oscar, which was good, but was overcooked. Tasted great though. Good overall beer and wine list for the size. Unfortunately, no Texas wines but thats ok. The four stars would be 5 if not for the weekend steak special being overcooked.

I absolutely loved this super cool unexpected wine bar. I had a great cab from Argentina and the hummus was super...the service was great and I definitely want to share this place with my fave ladies who love wine like I do. I tried going back on a Saturday night but it was packed and were not able to even enter...hope to be back soon.

Meh. Its okay. The "crackaroni" they laud is very average. We order Mac and cheese every time we see it on a menu, like we have our own little ranking system for it. Not very good. Would not order it again. The wife loved the sliders though. I had the buck burrito and it was fine but far from great. Wait staff was awesome though.

Had a great dinner there on the back patio. Ordere the cuban and was at first disappointed that it didnt look like a normal cuban. But it was by far the best sandwich Ive ever had! I was wavering on some chili, so the server brought me out a sample to try. Great staff, and they seem to have every type of wine you can dream of.

They clearly care about fresh and varied food, as well as great service. Refreshing in a town where this is not the norm. Ive lived here a total of 30 years so I am qualified to say that! Weve been coming weekly for several months and they are CONSISTENTLY great. A step up for downtown Kerrville!

The food was incredible, though very pricey. The server was knowledgeable and professional. It was loud in there, but after all, it was Saturday night! Next time I want to come on a weekday evening, early, and sit on one of the comfy couches! Great atmosphere in there. I could get addicted!!! LOL

Nice trendy kind of place, esp in Kerrville. Food was good, nice beer selection, cool digs, service was slow and inattentive and they were half full for dinner. Only been once so not being too harsh, but if it happens twice its probably a trend not an erroneous occurrence. Plan to be back.

Grape Juice was a hidden gem in its old location in Ingram and after its move to Kerrville in 2009, it truly maintained its fantastic, warm atmosphere. Enjoy a huge assortment of hand selected wines, hard to find beers and a fantastic ever-changing but small food menu.

Uniquely decorated downtown building with great music playing not too loudly in the background. Craft beer on tap, great wine selections and wonderful dining options are offered. The food is tasty and the hospitality is great. This place will not disappoint.
