At headshots bar and grill trying to figure out why a place that is known for food and the gaming experience would put their newest consoles on a damn projector that doesnt show HD at all? WTF??? They have Nintendo Wiis on their own HD TV s but a ps4 on a projector?? Nope.. not acceptable! !! And we can only play 2 of us at a time because they dont want to take up 2 screens?? Wont be a customer here ever again.. I will also leave a poor Google review due to the food quality too. Had one other experience her and was asked to leave for a tournament night and the game console overheated and broke?. We.left.... Never coming back To continue this .. because I wrote the review while still in the buisness..... the owner walked over and asked rudely what I thought I was doing and who I was to leave a trash review bashing his buisness.. also told me that "a family whom orders chicken strips isnt making him the money".... and that.. "like I care" proceeded to address why I left a bad review.. I told him my issues with the food to the poor gaming environment. . He stated " would you appreciate it if I billed your family 15 dollars each for the gaming or offer it free.. and continued to lay into me for approx 10 min while my kids sat and listened to the nonsense. ... My questions..... Why does a buisness owner confront me with my kids right by me.. Why doesnt a place named "headshots" based on gaming... have HD game consoles on a projector .. regardless if a projector has an hdmi port on it .. it doesnt mean it has an HD picture at all.. but put a 480i resolution Nintendo Wiis on a 1080p flat screen??? Owner assured that he built the computers that run some of the games sooo.... Continued to explain to me that if I wanted to play some of the games that I needed to ask staff to play ... "as with ad trash review like I left.. he wouldnt expect me to know anything about it" like I am an idiot.. ... IN Front of the kids still!!!!!!! At a point he was so frustrated he jerked his arm taping my arm.. .. ?? Why?? Why also is it that its ok to talk in front of my kids about how much money I didnt spend.. but spent 40 dollars on 2 meals and one kid ate a appetizer.... of 3 chicken strips and half cooked fries... ... buuuut we arent his prize customer.. soooooo..... who am i!!?? And in the end was told that he could kick people like me out..... and then told my kids to come back sometime... ??? But disrespected me in front of my kids...?? I know he will reply on here because he likes to downgrade his customers.. and treat them like they are trash with his sly working that you will see soon.... but is a real jerked of a guy... In closing.. if you want slow food.. an awful game experience... reasonable drink refill times [credit given where deserved] and to be scolded in front of your kids.. by a rude over angry owner.... be my guest.. but Im never going back... Best part... He raged at me and treated my like an idiot... but had no idea I have a computer degree... hmmmmm... but who cares about me.. I "was" only a chicken strip customer.......

Extremely rude service. Came in and was immediately greeted by the manager in a very unprofessional and off-putting manner. Sat down on of their couches to start playing videogames while we look at the menu to order drinks. Manager wouldnt let us play until we ordered. He insisted that we could only get one controller for each of us if each of us ordered a drink. We were extremely off put by this, since this has never been the case the several other times we have visited this bar, but we went along with it. Two of my friends ordered drinks so, he gave them each a controller. He wouldnt give us the other controllers until we also ordered. Its a good thing we brought a 5th who was the DD. Since you can only use 4 controllers, we were all able to play. Had their been 4 of us and one of the four was the DD, then apparently he wouldnt have gotten a controller and would just have to watch. This policy had apparently always been in existence, according to the manager, but its absolutely asinine. I get not wanting people to come in and play videogames without ordering, but being restrictive about it to the degree they were was absolutely stupid. Also, one of my buds had a military ID and the manager couldnt figure out where his age info was on it and insisted we go get his DL from the car. What an idiot. We left shortly after receiving our drinks, since they werent great anyways and the overall experience had been garbage. On separate notes: the place is uncomfortably warm. It seems their AC must not have been working because we were all sweating after being there for a little over ten minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, it wasnt the first time that happened, like I said we had been there before and the heat wasnt anything new. Also, their arcade machines suck, half of them dont even work. Game selection is meh. The only positive I can say is that the bartender was friendly. The servers and manager we had are awful.

Service is terrible ... waited forever for drinks ( over 20 minutes ) server told us twice she forgot to put them in and she was going to do it RIGHT then....we still ended up having to go to bar to get them ourselves. Food orders were incorrect and came out 20 mins apart. My date and I would really have enjoyed eating together. Ryan actually speaks negatively about his customers while they can hear him, is curt and some what rude. Overall just a terrible night. In addition to this we were automatically charged 20% gratuity .... for the non service and getting our own drinks all night. AWESOME. As a side note they did refund the entree that was so badly messed up and terribly late without the taxes .... and then based the automatic gratuity and the full amount of the ticket not the adjusted amount. :) winner winner chicken dinner.

This place is wonderful! Ive never had more fun at a bar! I can play Black Desert while drinking!!! Thank god for their Steam machines! ****************one year later******************************** I worked here for a long time and thats why I changed it from 5 to 1 star. The owner steals from his employees and will fire you if you put in a month notice. He would take our tips and force us to pay the draw that was "missing" money but whenever he found that money wed never be paid back. It was very common for us to be shorted on pay checks as well. I finally left after he miss treated one of my coworkers. His employees have been dropping like flies because of this and thats why service at the bar is always horrible. Neat idea but terrible owner please dont support it.

Went into the bar on a Friday night with a date. Ive never been here before but Ive seen signs around wsu so I wanted to check it out. Came in and got a lot of awkward looks from both the patrons and stuff until we damn near sat ourselves. The scenery and concept was nice so I didnt give it much mind and didnt want to judge the whole experience off a rocky beginning. Were greeting after sitting for about 10 minutes. The server seem very reluctant to take our order which was offsetting. We had one order of drinks before the server brought our check. Guess we are only allowed to have 1. Lets just say I wont be going back there anytime soon.
