The Chick-Fil-A in Kerrville is awesome. Seth does a great job training the staff to be cordial and helping customers get the great food they came in to get! The restaurant is always clean. When there is a line to wait in, the staff has worked hard to move people along quickly. They also support many great causes in our own community. Chick-fil-A is a great addition to our Kerrville community!

The service is horrible. When you walk into the door, they dont even greet you. My past experiences with Chick-fil-a have been quite good, mainly because I can blast homosexuals with out any backlash. In this specific restuarant, I can even look at a homosexual with a grimace with out being scolded for it. What is this, Communist Russia? The food is fantastic as it always is.

Ordered 2 deluxe for carryout, clearly and loudly, I said "DELUXE". When i got back 2 the office, i discovered that i had received 2 regulars. I guess I was really hoping that Chik-fil-a could be the one fast food place in town to get orders right. Looks like I was wrong! :( Dezarine was my server.

The staff has always been super helpful and the food is always fresh and juicy! I love taking the kids here so they can play in the indoor playground. Cleanest fast food restaurant in Kerrville.

This is the only Chick-fil-A I have ever found that is always dirty. Wi-fi is inop. Possibly that is why it is also the only Chick-fil-A I have ever found that is not packed at lunch time
