It was awful, I politely ordered 3 drinks ( all coke) we only got two cokes. They were so rude, talking to us and the way they gave us our food. When they handed us our food they said "Here is your food, have a nice day" in such a monotone voice and they said it quickly like they were trying to get rid of us. The lady taking our order was rude when taking our order, she couldnt hear me order it so I raised my voice and she got mad because I was yelling. It took 20 min just for the food. Each time somebody came to the window it was a different person. By the time I was about to ask for some ketchup she had already slammed the window shut. I do not recommend this place, go to a different one. I would not be surprised is she spit in any of our drinks.

Why doesnt a fast food burger place have any gluten free options, or any vegan options? Oh yeah, just to clarify, im a vegan. I ordered a burger with no meat or cheese and all I got was a bun! How rude, I would have been happy with a nut based patty, but I guess they dont have it. If they cant handle me being a vegan, also if I didnt clarify this last time, Im a vegan. Why cant they make a menu everyone can enjoy? My gender-fluid demi-queer fox cousin couldnt find any non cis-gender cow meat on the menu. How sickening! Im a vegan btw.

Ive been coming here 7 years and the last 2 years its really gone to hell..... every time something is either wrong or missing or simply inedible..... I take advantage of my refunds and comps but at this point it just feels like Im robbing them its so easy to count on them to mess up.... this restaurant has become the catalyst in my young adult life to change... I guess I should be thanking them.... and by change I mean, eat at home...

A wonderful gastric delight! The burgers were hand crafted with care. We particularly liked the ketchup - just spicy enough to make you smile. We cant find burgers like this in our home so well make a point to stop by Kerrville again in the future jaunts around Texas Hill Country. Five stars.

Food has always been good here. No issues with the food, but with the Whataburger app. Only drawback is they dont have registers that print a barcode so you can scan for the reward app. If you use the drive thru, getting credit thru the app is basically impossible...

I mean, its fast food... but, its Whataburger! I can tell they knew my mom and are real nice to her too (she lives there I dont (I also try to avoid fast food these days... she doesnt really get that)). Very friendly, clean, nice small town atmosphere.
