First off this was my first time at a Wingstop Arrived at 6:39 ordered a 10 pcs boneless garlic parmesan and drink about 12 people seated and eating no other customers at the counter so what I would have thought to be an in and out experience. Boy was I so far from that there were about 4-6 coworkers and to me, they seemed to have more attention socializing a mug them self and their phones. About 7:06 my order was ready and what I will soon regret first off the boneless wing were more like chicken nuggets from another fast food chain the breading was almost 50/50 ratio. The other thing that had going against it that it was hard and most likely overcooked the nugget was dry, dry like the Mojave Desert itself. It was so bad I could only eat 3 and oh did I pay for it again that night was such joy of having diarrhea was worth it all over again. The 2 good things about this experience are that Ill never go back and second is that my sprite was the best item on the menu.

They are the best hot wings around. They have something for everyone - for those who like it REALLY hot, the Atomic Wings, for those with a milder palate, parmesan-garlic or teriakyi. I personally like the original and Cajun wings the best. Try some wings with some cajun curly fries if you are not worried about the extra calories. Good place to go and pick up some wings before the big game!

The cashier who just took my order continued to interrupt me while ordering. If you need my name to start my order ask for it. Dont assume you know what I want. The food is usually good. So I continued my order. In the future I will go to a different location. Had issues with the lack of customer service at Euless Main location in the past. I wouldnt be writing this if it was a ine time event.

Sauce was nasty had to order boneless wings because it was an hour wait for bone in wings and it was such a disappointment and very mad because we spent $30 on food that we just threw away it was so awful. The frinch frys where all brown and so salty it was like they just dumped the entire can of salt on the basket of frys. Never will be going back

I typically had wing stop people get irritated when Id tell them my order came out slightly wrong...which I understand theyre busy but still, one of the guys who was working on something else stopped what he was doing to check on me...and my order got fixed right away. Awesome customer service and staff!

I ordered 6 wings / 3 parmesan garlic / 3 buffalo. The wings were full of oil and so very salty. I got sick at stomach as soon as I got home. Very bad chicken they use. I hope corporate can read this review. I paid $ 10.00 with fries and drink, was not even worth the food with upset stomach.

We ordered a boneless family deal for take out. When we got home, we discovered we were given someone elses (smaller) bone-in order with entirely different flavors, at which point my friend revealed that it happened to him the last time he bought food here, too.

Rude customer service. Called in an order and got hung up on, called back and they picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything. Called back and talked to the manager and he was rude. Never going back. Will be sure to spread the word

The lady that took my order served me two batches of really cold soggy fries. We asked if there is a fresh batch to exchange and she said no but she ca. Trip them in the fryer. I will never come back

My daughter and I visit here for take out probably once a week. Staff very friendly and fast service. I always get extra seasoning and extra sauce and they are happy to accommodate!
