Now, I LOVE Chipotle. I do have to say that this is the ONLY location Ive had problems with. My first problem was when I began my order with "A salad with white rice" and the woman prepared that part and then randomly threw a bunch of fajita peppers on it without even looking at me! That ruined that meal for me. Now, tonight, I went in with my husband and even before it was our turn we could tell that the guy behind the counter was in a foul mood. His body language, bossy tone, and facial expressions were plenty clear! I heard him yell out "I need white rice! Ive already called it out once!" and could see the three people in the back working very hard. He then slapped a heaping spoonful of white rice into the customer ahead of mes bowl. When it came my turn I order "A salad with no dressing" and he asked white or brown rice? so without realizing that he was completely out of white rice, I said "white" ... he then scraped the last tiny bit on my lettuce (A laughable amount) and did not even offer to let me wait on a little more (the girl was making a big bowl right behind him) he just slid my food to the toppings girl and moved on to my husband and said "Im out of white rice" and then slapped brown on my husbands food without even asking if that was okay (Luckily my husband is laid back). May not sound like a big deal... Its rice! But for this pregnant lady, that was enough to ruin it for me, as it is my favorite part! All in all, I love Chipotle, but I will probably just drive out of my way to a different one from now on. Bad service one too many times.

I am a frequent visitor to Chipotle, However this was the first visit to this particular restaurant. The girls at the counter were very polite and nice but the food was terrible. I ordered a single taco with Steak, Rice, Veggies and Corn. Corn was like just out of refrigerator. The other three items were cold as well and beef was reddish, meaning it was not cooked well in the first place, plus having not kept warmed, it remained uncooked from inside. I also, got chips, many of which were very salty. All in all, I was shocked at the quality of food. First time ever that I have experienced this kind of food at a Chipotle restaurant. I asked a girl to get the manager and she said she would. However, the manager never showed up. It was a Monday night at 9:45pm.

I went today sunday july 9th. With my family To get some lunch around 1:35 pm. For me i order a plate with pinto beans, white rice, chicken, corn, sour cream, mild sauce, and lettuce. I ate it all it was delicious. But 2 hours later my face started to itch and got a rash. I know it was these food because i did not have nothing for breackfast until that time. So i will not eat here no more food is good but is just my body rejected something. So i dont trust it anymore.

The food is excellent, however always check your bag to make sure your order is correct if you ordered online or by fax. My order is ALWAYS wrong and if you do not catch it at the counter expect to receive major attitude from cashier to manager. This is only my experience at THIS LOCATION...have not been to any others yet. The atmosphere is very rushed and the customer service is limited to mere seconds while your in line. The food is the only reason I still eat there.

Chipotle discriminates against normal law-abiding people exercising their second amendment and does not allow them to shop there. Do not support a business that screws over the rights of anyone eating there. Criminals with guns will still visit Chipotle if they want to rob someone, as they dont care about a sign posted on the wall. But normal people eating at Chipotle are in personal danger because the restaurant doesnt allow them basic human rights.

This store only had TWO high chairs for an occupancy of 110...while I was there by myself with a baby, I had to have him sit in my lap while we both tried to eat lunch...and there were 3 others babies in the store other than mine, 2 of which using a high chair and the other having to do the same as me. I wont ever come back to this store due to the gamble of a maybe having a highchair available!!! Buy more high chairs chipotle!!!

I came in and asked for a burrito, they started making a bowl. I then had them start a burrito, which they made very sloppily. When she rolled it up everything tore apart and I was left with a $1 looking burrito that I payed $8 for. They dont listen and cant do the main things theyre paid for

I get that they "close @ 10p" and no restaurant employee likes to see customers walk in late...but at 945 with your chosen profession, you are OPEN till 10, which means your kitchen is working until your customers are served.

Quick and friendly service. Accurate order fulfillment using the Chipotle app. Not usually crowded and rarely have to wait in line very long which is a plus. The Hwy 121 location can have long lines at peak periods.

Dont give a lot of food asked for more and they put a dime size more chicken not friendly and looked at me after he put that amount of chicken I was like damn I asked for more chicken. Waste of money!

I love chipotle, this is the location I ate at first years ago, and is still one of the best Ive had. Parking is a bear during lunch or dinner prime hrs.

You got to love Chipotle. Love their big burritos. Like that I can direct the servers for exactly what I want in my burritos.
